Advertised as providing guests with incredible once in a life time experience. We did not get what we paid for. We were grouped more than once with a much larger group. Very poor quality city tours in each location with minimal information on things to do with our free time. Did not know about the optional excursions until a couple of weeks before the trip which were of course more money. Our travel agent never informed us of this. The Best of Italy doesn't arrive into Rome until approximately 5.00 pm on the final night of the trip, so we don't really recommend booking flights the same night the coach arrives. This is because there aren't any guarantees of the arrival time since weather, and road/traffic conditions can hold up arrival. In addition, you'll need to allow time for the coach to unload, then travel to the airport with enough time to check in for your flight. If you can leave it perhaps until the following day the trip ends just after breakfast so you'll have plenty of time to get to the airport - plus there's a complimentary transfer included.
