Intrepid's cancellation policy as as follows: If you cancel some or all portions of your booking the cancellation terms set out below will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation that you have sent to your relevant sales representative of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip: (a) 56 days or more prior to departure, we will hold your deposit amount as a credit; (b) between 31 and 55 days prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking cost; (c) between 30 and 15 days prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the total booking cost; or (d) 14 days or fewer prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost.

The tour leader Dina made the tour fun and enjoyable especially when we arrived during Greek Easter she allowed us to experience the wonderful events at church including lighting a candle, breaking eggs etc.Her knowledge and helpfulness were amazing and very much appreciated

  they advised that they are no longer offering the 5% past guest discount. They also advised that if you had a previously offered code for this discount, they would be able to honour it at any time even when booking through TourRadar.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before February 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Intrepid Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
