  1. Day 1

    Istanbul

    You'll arrive in Istanbul and look for the Travel Talk sign at the airport where your transfer to the hotel is waiting. Later at the hotel reception, you'll meet your group and guide. There's an optional group dinner at a local restaurant that evening if you want to get to know your travel mates right away.

  2. Day 2

    Istanbul to Pamukkale

    Settle into the coach and watch Turkish scenery pass by as you head toward Pamukkale. You'll see small towns and villages along the way, and after several hours of driving, you'll reach this white terraced landscape for the night.

  3. Day 3

    Pamukkale to Selçuk

    Start the day exploring Pamukkale, the 'cotton castle', where natural hot springs and white travertine terraces created by carbonate minerals stretch across the hillside. Then check out Hierapolis, the ancient city built on top, where thermal pools have been used for bathing for thousands of years. After that you'll head to Selçuk on the coast for the evening.

  4. Day 4

    Selçuk to Ayvalik

    Begin at Ephesus, a well-preserved ancient city from the Book of Revelations where the Gospel of John is believed to have been written. You'll see the ruins of the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders completed around 550 BC. From there head to Pergamum to visit the Asklepion, an ancient healing center, then continue to Ayvalik by the seaside where you'll have time to relax and explore on your own.

    Ayvalik to Gallipoli

    Travel to Troy, the legendary site from Greek mythology and an important archaeological location. You'll explore the ruins and see the famous wooden horse replica. Later in the evening you'll drive to Gallipoli and sleep at the ceremony space to get the best spot for tomorrow's Dawn Service.

  6. Day 6

    Gallipoli

    Wake before dawn to watch the sunrise over the battlefield and honor the soldiers who died here. You'll attend national ceremonies and services at Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair during the day. Later in the afternoon you'll depart for Canakkale.

  7. Day 7

    Gallipoli Peninsula to Istanbul

    Spend the morning exploring the Gallipoli peninsula in quiet reflection to understand the ANZAC spirit. You'll visit Kabatepe War Museum, Lone Pine, Chunuk Bair, Johnston's Jolly, North Beach, Ari Burnu, Hell Spit, Brighton Beach, Shrapnel Valley, Artillery Road, and the Turkish Memorial. This is an in-depth and emotional journey through the region's history. After lunch you'll drive back toward Istanbul.
