- Day 1 Adventure starts in Palermo
- Day 2 Explore the markets of Palermo and indulge in fabulous street food; optional afternoon visit to Monreale and the ‘duomo’ (breakfast,lunch)
- Day 3 Transfer to Erice; hands-on cookery class with a local chef; continue to Marsala and sample the local wines (breakfast,lunch)
- Day 4 Morning visit to an olive farm for olive oil and produce tasting; transfer to Agrigento for a guided tour of the Valley of the Temples (breakfast)
- Day 5 To Piazza Armerina; guided tour of the Villa Romana del Casale followed by a delicious produce tasting; afternoon visit to the town of Ragusa (breakfast,lunch)

Exodus Adventure TravelsOperator•Written September 2025All the transfers are by private air-conditioned vehicle. Due to the distance covered during the week, some of the drives are quite long but should never exceed four hours (including stops). Due to traffic restrictions in a lot of the historic centres visited, you may have to carry your suitcase over cobbled pavements, although the bus will leave you as close to your hotel as possible.

If you have to cancel your booking: From the date your Booking Confirmation is issued up to 90 days prior to departure - Deposit can be transferred to a new booking which must be made within 3 months of the original cancellation. Single rooms can either be a double bed or two twin beds. Rooms are quite nice size. On this Sicily trip, we use three- and four-star hotels near historic centres.

The start hotel is approximately 40 minutes' drive from the airport. Exodus provides one group arrival transfer from the airport, which is timed to coincide with the arrival of a chosen flight from London, UK. You may join this transfer at no extra cost, provided you can be at the airport before the transfer leave. There's a group departure transfer to Catania Airport that's scheduled to align with a flight to London, UK.
