There were some problems with the experience, however, most were not the fault of or caused by the tour operator. The logistics of this trip were extremely complex, and the tour company handled them flawlessly. I cannot list all of the things that were handled excellently. So, I will list the things that were problematic in the hopes that their insignificance will be convincing as to how good the tour actually was. 1) It was too much of a good thing. Our days started as early as 5 AM and lasted to as late as 8 PM. All of us agreed that we would have liked more free time. 2) The hotels were good to excellent, the food, good to very good. 3) The guides varied from average to excellent. 4) I realize that visits to commercial businesses are part of your business model, but we would have liked to have fewer - - especially eliminating duplication. After each tour, I asked if anyone would have preferred to skip the tour and spend the day on their own, and each day, everyone agreed that they would have preferred the tour. In summary, I would say that it would have been almost impossible for us to have seen more of Turkey than what we saw on this tour. Also, I cannot believe that we could have duplicated the tour for anything close to what this tour cost, even adding in tips. The tour often involved a lot of walking. Miho· July 22nd, 2021I enjoyed Turkey for 10days "Best of Turkey - All inclusive" more than my expectation! Highly appreciated organizer Ozgur, I should visit his office and wanted to say thank you to him directly. This tour completed main popular places, very best for first timer like us! Every tour guides were so kind and helpful. All hotels are hygiene and good location. Easy to explore after the tour by ourselves. However some of the airport pick up service was poor, driver/airport rep didn't welcome us upon arrival. I should call to Ozgur thrice for pick-up service and flight delay, luckily my friend bought a local SIM so I could communicate him over the phone otherwise just wait in the arrival place and Cappadocia airport. All the cars were well maintained and drivers were kindly assisted us. I personally Mercedes-Benz fun, I was just happy to ride a Mercedes-Benz van time by time. Overall experience was excellent.
