- PSPeter· September 29th, 2025A good sized tour with comfortable accomodation. We had an excellent driver and fantastic tour guide which made the long distances between places of interest bearable.Show moreTrip date: September 2025
- RFRobert· September 18th, 2025This was a great tour of places in Türkiye that, having read about them, now have greater meaning. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and explained the place of the various locations in the broader scheme of the history of that part of the world. That said, be prepared to absorb a lot of information as understanding the relationship between the various sites will add to your experience. Also know that there will be a considerable amount of walking on uneven surfaces (some of the sites are still active archaeological sites) - so be prepared. Depending on the time of year it can be quite hot - so carrying water is essential. Thoroughly recommended.Show moreTrip date: August 2025
Helen· September 5th, 2025Had a fantastic trip with a small group of people, 6 in total to start and then 4. Our tour guide from Fez "G" was great and very knowledgeable as was our driver Saifi. Accommodation along the way was also great with enjoyable meals.Show moreTrip date: August 2025
Nas· August 13th, 2025I did the Turkey Classics Tour booked through TourRadar and had a wonderful experience overall. The itinerary was well-planned, covering many of Turkey’s most iconic sites, including Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale, and Ephesus. Each destination offered something unique, and I felt like I got a great overview of the country’s rich history, stunning landscapes, and vibrant culture. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone was comfortable and informed. The coach was modern and comfortable, which made the longer travel days much easier to handle. Accommodation was generally good, with a mix of hotels ranging from decent to very nice. Meals included were tasty, and there were plenty of chances to sample local cuisine. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a couple of stops felt a bit rushed. However, these were minor issues in an otherwise memorable and well-executed trip. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore Turkey for the first time!Show moreTrip date: April 2018- VVicki· July 16th, 2025We enjoyed our 6 day classics tour. Our starting point Nidya Hotel was very nice and within walking distance to Galata tower. Our guide was G and he was very easy to get a long with. We covered a large distance but which was expected but we chose not to do the long drive back to Istanbul on the last day electing to fly back from Kayseri airport. We really enjoyed the hotels in Kusadasi, Pamukkale and Cappadocia (many steps to the rooms). Hotel Barbaros in Canakkale should have cooled the rooms before we all arrived. They were unbearably hot when we arrived. Our meal there that night was great. Although we paid for day 7 and our transport back Istanbul and our hotel had to pay our own way to the Kayseri airport on day 7Show moreTrip date: June 2025
- JJasmine· June 11th, 2025Guide was good, very knowledgeable and organised. However, more authentic lunch stops would of been appreciated, rather than roadside diners at gas stations. It was extremely expensive and not great food. This seemed to be depicted by the driver. We chose to do the hot air balloon ride in cappadocia, and were disappointed to hear that we had been charged more than most other travellers. Other people we talked to had booked rides for almost 100 euro cheaper than what we paid, and recieved more as apart of the package as well. The last day was also a very long day of driving - which was okay, but we felt the week/locations could have been broken up a bit more evenly to make it more enjoyable and less tiring. We stopped at a carpet education centre just out of kusadasi, where we were told there was no pressure to buy anything and it was more about showcasing the traditional practices than anything else. This was absolutely not the case. It started off well - relaxed and interesting, watching how the processes were done, but quickly flipped into being targeted and pressured into buying expensive carpet. They cunningly singled people out and put pressure on individuals to buy, even after being told no multiple times, they still would not give in. We left feeling extremely disappointed as it started off so well. More vulnerable people were persuaded into buying carpets even though they did not 100% want to which was not very fair.Show more

Oscar ivan· June 1st, 2025The tour’s structure is relative fine, the hotels are good, the food is good too however the tour guide I don’t think he was the right person. Too much history I had to research by myself cuz all were missed. We went to pointless stops and slept others. Asking questions to him was difficult cuz he didn’t know how to answer. The way back is optional from Cappadocia to Istanbul but no one says is gonna be that long so at the end we had to book tickets and paid 100 euros for the taxi. That information was not clear at all. Every service with the tour company was more than double in price. I understand with the company can be higher and we are willing to pay as you do the logistics but a Jeep was 30 euros the tour guide changed 90 and the balloon 300 euros and we bought it for 115€. Everything is like “it is not included”, “it is not part but it will be x€ if you want” The experience was good but too many little things left me disappointed.Show more

Show moreTrip date: May 2025- KSKenneth· May 27th, 2025Our tour was fabulous. "G" was our tour guide and he was wonderful. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge. The tour was well planned. We had a couple of days that involved a lot of driving but that was to be expected as we did cover a large geographical area, but the roads were excellent as was our driver. The sites we stopped at were full of interesting history, beautiful architecture and landscapes as well as interesting people and food. Pam· April 14th, 2025We just finished our tour with Fez. We had a fabulous time. Our driver was great and tour guide very knowlegeable. Unfortunately, we were told that the last day of our tour would be a 13 hour drive to Istanbul. We had already paid for accomodation in Istanbul and flights from there to Antayla. At great expense, we managed to get new flights, new transfers and an extra mights accomodation at the wonderful Giramisu Caves Hotel. I think you really need to offer the flight option from Cappadoccia at time of booking so that future guests do not have the added expense and angst ($1755 aud) to avoid the 13 hour drive back to Istanbul.Show moreTrip date: April 2025

Asked on September 6th, 2025Me and my friend is planning to visit Turkey. Our main focus is to see Istanbul, Pamukale and Cappadocia and we want to do a 7 day details and relaxing tour. Izmir can also be included but that's optional.
Fez TravelOperator•Written September 2025We can arrange either a customized private tour designed exclusively for you, where we can include any highlights you wish to add, or you may join one of our small group tours with a maximum of 20 participants and a fixed itinerary. The price for one double room on this tour is USD 3,850. This itinerary covers Istanbul, Pamukkale, and Cappadocia. A fully private 7-day customized tour covering Istanbul, Pamukkale, and Cappadocia would be approximately USD 10,000 for two people.

Asked on February 27th, 2025I have mobility issues and use a Walker would this tour be suitable for me and can you accommodate my walker.
Fez TravelOperator•Written February 2025If you use a walker, a private tour is the best option, as it ensures personalized assistance and modifications to make your experience as smooth as possible. Flexibility & Customization – The itinerary can be adjusted to match your interests, pace, and mobility needs. Personalized Attention – A private guide ensures you receive detailed insights and assistance tailored to you. Comfort & Convenience – Travel in a private vehicle with door-to-door service, avoiding long waits and large crowds. More Relaxed Pace – You can take breaks as needed, ensuring a stress-free experience. Turkey's historic sites can present some accessibility challenges, but with a private tour, adjustments can be made to enhance comfort.
