The best cruise we have ever been on. The crew was fantastic, worked together like a well oiled machine and it's obviously they love what they do. The places we visited were so incredibly beautiful and the food was wonderful and presented so creatively. The tour manager Stanko (Stan), truly made the cruise, by his in depth knowledge of each location and passion for his own country. We made some life long friends, which we will treasure. Simply a fantastic trip.

The trip was really nice in terms of sites and swimming and the food was also good. The crew were lovely and we had a nice guide as well. The trip was good, not excellent. Our first day of sailing was basically taken from us through a change in starting port, which led to a 2 and a half hour bus ride (in which they stalled for half an hour), it made me feel like they were stalling. Then because we started at another port than planned we did a night sail, which they said was super special, but I don't see what is special about hearing the engine right next to your room for the whole night, on your first night. The aircon in the room does not work constantly only when docked. We also got sick on our trip as there was a stomach bug onboard, I think that if there is such a bug on board the least the crew can do is also just clean all of the hand rails to try and minimise the spread of bugs, this is probably a lot to ask. If I were to do this trip again I would book an above deck cabin to get away from the engine noise as well as to allow for fresh air to get into the cabin as the below deck cabins do not have windows that can open and if the aircon is off it gets very hot and very humid in the cabin. Also the wifi does not reach the cabins only in the dinning room and on the top and sun decks, and when the wifi is being used by everyone on-board the wifi is very slow.

My Name is Patricia (Patsy) Radic - I have received this email addressed to Janine Coddington who was a friend I was travelling with. I had a wonderful time on the Panorama (Katarina Lines) sailing from Split to Split (Sept 7th-14th 2019). The Captain and crew were fantastic and the chef accommodated my dietary requirements providing lovely meals to suit my needs. They were a fun bunch and I would highly recommend The Panorama (Katarina lines).

Really nice group and itenary was changed to avoid the worst of the bad weather to maximise the activities we could do. Slightly unorganized and lack of communication at times, particularly with regards to booked excursions. It was also frustrating that as soon as we docked at Split on the Friday the staff seemed to switch off and alcohol wasn't replenished on the boat, when our tour didn't end until 9am on Saturday. I'd have preferred the tour to end on the Friday and the cost have been reduced. Overall great trip though on a great ship
