- Francisco· March 10th, 2020our tour guide Emre AYGUN SO PROFESSIONAL and patient we love his pesonality ,he treat us as his family i will love to have him as my tour guide , we would love to go back to turkey but unfortunally, the hotel this company is using , very poor quality , we had to ask to be relocate it our room so smelly , very strong smoking , location is convenience but not this facilityShow more

The room was changed on request and the second one was better although still shabby with a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.
