- ARAngela· June 24th, 2025This trip was amazing!!! Beautiful country, accepting and warm people and an absolutely amazing guide! If you do this tour, insist on Khalid! He really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable! If you are looking for an authentic trip and cultural enrichment you wont be disappointed. A couple of things…these hotels have great charm except a couple of them but whilst clean, they are very basic! Do not worry about attire and covering knees/shoulders…Moroccans are very accepting no matter what you wear! Bring hand sanitizer and forget the sleeping bag or any long sleeves (we travelled in June and the sahara was warm even at night!) There is no place to do laundry…bring some detergent with you to wash by hand..clothes soon dry! If you want to drink, buy some alcohol at a liquor store (ask your guide!) and bring it with you (if the tour is small and there is space) Moroccans are happy to put it in the fridge wherever you go and you can take it with to your meal! One glass of wine, if you order, is about 90MAD or $9US if you are able to order though but most places do not serve alcohol. Bring plenty of sunscreen…you will need it! Do not pet the stray dogs or cats for safety! Welcome to Morocco!Show moreNomadic Tours commented on this reviewThank you for all your tips after your Morocco Encompassed tour. You definitely do not need a sleeping bag during the summer that's for sure! Glad you enjoy Morocco and its people and thank you for travelling with Nomadic Tours.Trip date: June 2025
- CHUNG YIN· April 13th, 2025Marvellous tour. So many unforgettable sights and tastes and smells and experiences. Chefchauwen: wow!! - Richard· April 13th, 2025Khalid, the guide, and Hussein, the driver were both excellent. Having a small group was a real plus. Mostly enjoyed the smaller, less touristy places more than the large cities. The Medina's were nice.Show moreTrip date: March 2025

- HCHeather· November 11th, 2024A friend and I undertook this tour to get a taste of Morocco, and we certainly achieved that! The 15 day itinerary is full on, so be prepared for little rest time. However the experiences presented in that time were diverse, interesting, and informative. Our guide, Mohammed, was excellent - professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and had passengers’ best interest always at the forefront of what he did. Our first driver, Tarek, was also very good. He drove safely and looked after passengers’ luggage and comfort as best he could. The transport used was fine for our group of 10, if the group had been larger it would have been very squeezy. Seatbelts are a problem that need to be urgently addressed by the company. Accommodation varied in standard, and on several occasions the group was split between hotels - early booking by the company should have prevented this. Some rooms in some hotels were simply sub-standard. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but basic creature comforts should have been provided. Highlights for me were the exposure to the cultures, the variation between the bustling cities and the quieter countryside, the drive through the High Atlas Mountains, and riding a camel at sunset in the Sahara Desert. I’ve come away with greater awareness and knowledge of Morocco and its people - and hundreds of photos!Show moreNomadic Tours commented on this reviewThank you for sharing this feedback Heather. We appreciate you pointing out an issue with seatbelts so we have informed the transport company and our guides to make this a priority to check. We had some issues with availability at a few hotels but we do... Show moreTrip date: October 2024
- RSRenu Navin· September 24th, 2024I recently had the most unforgettable experience with Tourradar Company on my journey through Morocco. This trip exceeded all my expectations, showcasing the rich culture and stunning landscapes of the country. From the very beginning, the organizers were proactive, keeping in touch through emails that built up our excitement with reminders and tips. The tour group was perfectly sized at 17 members, allowing us to bond like a family. We came from eight different countries, yet we connected effortlessly from day one. Our tour guide, Aissa, was exceptional. His knowledge and people skills made every moment enjoyable, and he treated each of us with equal attention, patiently answering all our queries. The local guides were fantastic too, enriching our experience with their fascinating narratives. While I thoroughly enjoyed the journey, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. As vegetarians, we found the local cuisine a bit bland and repetitive. Additionally, some of the hotels, particularly Hotel Arena in Fes, had unpleasant odors from the drains that made for a difficult night's sleep. Our time with a Berber family felt a bit prolonged, as waiting for tea became tedious, taking away from our opportunity to engage with another family. Despite these small issues, the tour was exceptionally well-planned and executed, with attention to our comfort and enjoyment. I keep looking back at the beautiful photos and feeling nostalgic. Many of my friends are now inspired to visit Morocco after seeing my experiences. Overall, this has been the best tour of my life, setting a high standard for any future travels. I highly recommend Tourradar Company for anyone looking to explore Morocco in depth.Show moreNomadic Tours commented on this reviewThank you for this detailed feedback Renu, We have highlighted the issues directly to Hotel Arena to see if they have fixed the issue. We are glad to hear that despite a few minor setbacks, you still managed to have an enjoyable time in Morocco. To say... Show moreTrip date: September 2024
- TBThelma· May 29th, 2024What an incredible experience. I learned soooo much and I had a wonderful time doing it. Preconceived notions of this North African nation as being a vast desert were blown away. This tour showed the diversity of both the people and the geography. Who knew that Morocco had a Wine Region? I certainly didn't. The Morocco Encompassed Tour traveled through and showcased all the regions....from modern cosmopolitan cities to tiny villages. From cold 7,000 ft mountain passes to palm filled oasis, from seaside to inland desert. The hotels, 3-4 stars, were all good to excellent. Our wonderful tour guide, Younes Afqir, led the group with unfailing good humor. We were a diverse group but he met the individual needs of every one of us. He was always mindful of insuring that health and dietary needs were met. He treated each person as an individual, not just as a part of the group, always having time to single us out to make sure we were happy with the way things were going. He always made sure we had a way to contact him, 24 hrs a day, even if we needed him during free time. Even though I arrived a few days early Younes contacted me to make sure I had arrived at the hotel with no problems. And when I stayed a few days longer than the regular tour he made sure I knew I could call on him if I ran into trouble. As I was traveling as a Solo Traveler I was especially thankful for all of his assurances...he made me feel well looked after. I am sure others from my tour will talk about what a wonderful guide he was, but to me the important part was the personal cre he gave to each individual. The entire tour was very well organized. The route and stopping places were well chosen for a great overview of the country. There were Concenience stops at good intervals along the way on travel days. Twice we had two-night stays at hotels that did laundry so large luggage is not needed. This tour gets my personal "Thumbs Up"Show moreNomadic Tours commented on this reviewThis is so pleasing to hear Thelma and thank you for spending time writing such a detailed review. - IWIgnatius· April 12th, 2024Not the best time for travelers during The month of Ramadan unless you want the cultural experience.
