I've booked many trips through you guys and this was the first trip where I didn't have a single contact person for my trip. It led to a lot of confusion and mistakes in the front office on your side. They had dates and places wrong which wasn't noticed till I brought tit up. They also tried to keep the money we pre paid for an optional activity instead of paying the company. Please contact me if you want to know more about that. I'm upset I didn't book it last weekend or even Wednesday morning. It was AU$5,324 on the 31st August and on the 10th September. Because it was written 'Hurry, deals only available for a limited time! Ends on 16 Sep, 2025' I thought I had until 16th sept to book it.
