Customer Reviews

  • Provence Secrets - Pont du Gard reviewer 1
    · October 7th, 2024
This was an excellent tour. The sights we saw and the villages we traveled through were amazing. The hotels were comfortable and the included meals delicious. We felt very comfortable travelling alone. The route was well planned and well communicated through the app. The Discover France team was very responsive, helping us to upgrade our bike choice a few days before the trip and helping us recover a bag that was overlooked during the luggage transfer. We highly recommend Discover France and the Provence Secrets - Pont du Gard route.

How strenuous is the cycling on this tour? Is the terrain more mountainous or flat?

The Provence Secrets tour is on rolling terrain. It's not flat, but you are riding up hills and then down the other side. This does add a bit of challenge to the ride as you'll be changing gears, but it isn't difficult for somebody that gets regular exercise.
