Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi
You'll land at Nairobi airport where someone meets you for a safari briefing. After that, it's a transfer out to your hotel in the Karen suburbs to get settled in for the trip ahead.
- Day 2
Nakuru
This morning starts with a drive to Nairobi National Park for a game drive and picnic breakfast. Then you'll head to the Daphne Sheldrick Centre to watch rescued baby elephants during feeding time. After checking out the Karen Blixen Museum to see what colonial Kenya looked like, grab lunch at Matteos Restaurant before driving toward Nakuru for the evening.

Lake Nakuru
The day is spent in Lake Nakuru National Park with game drives in both the morning and afternoon. Depending on water levels, flamingos might cover the entire lake. You could see lions, buffalo, and rhinos too, with leopards sometimes spotted in trees near the water.

- Day 4
Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara
You'll leave the Great Rift Valley and drive to Masai Mara, the area famous for the Great Migration and wildlife documentaries. Arrive for lunch at camp, relax by the pool for a bit, then head out on your first game drive in the late afternoon when it cools down. Dinner happens back at camp.

Landmarks Masai Mara National Reserve - Day 5
Masai Mara
After breakfast, drive out across the plains looking for the Big Five and other animals. Early mornings work best since animals are most active then. You'll take a break mid-morning and have lunch, then get back out in the afternoon for more wildlife viewing on your must-see list.

Landmarks Masai Mara National Reserve - Day 6
Masai Mara
Rise early for an optional hot air balloon safari that gives you an aerial view of the plains, forests, and rivers for about an hour. A full breakfast waits for you after landing. Spend the rest of the morning and afternoon doing more game drives, where you might spot from over 450 bird species in the ecosystem.

Masai Mara to Nairobi
Watch your last Masai Mara sunrise from the veranda with tea or coffee, followed by a final breakfast. The drive back to Nairobi includes a photo stop at the Great Rift Valley before you're dropped at Jomo Kenyatta airport for your onward flights.
