Asked on June 18th, 2025Is there a porter service at the hotels, or will the travellers be required to handle their own luggage? Where are the hotels mostly located, specifically the first hotel in Copenhagen? Are they located close to the airport?

We do not offer porterage for our Cosmos tours. The guests will be responsible for handling their own luggage. Cosmos uses both centrally located hotels and residential area hotels. If not centrally located, hotels will usually have a restaurant on the property or have facilities within easy walking distance. Once booked guests will be notified of the hotels we typically use but they will not be confirmed until 30 days prior till travel.
