This is a selfguided tour it means that you will travel by shared vans, first class public buses, you will have shared guided local tours, no guide with you along the trip, you need to get a bus stations and hotels by yourself for some of routes.

Our prices are based on shared dorms or a double room. For a single room, there is a single supplement fee of $450 USD additional.

Asked on July 1st, 2024Our family is beginning a 10 month travel starting in Mexico City. We'd love to use the Hop on Hop Off Bus Pass Mexico City to Costa Rica (D). It says that the age requirement is 15 but our daughter is 12. Is this possible for her? She will be with us at all times. How do the accommodations work? If we add the $300 for hostels per ticket are our accommodations then booked for us? If we decide to stay extra time at a location does our accommodation fee increase?

Yes, your daughter can join this bus pass with you. The accommodation is included but this is shared dorm in hostels if you pay a difference we can do it for private room. If you stay more time at each destination of course you have to pay the extra for accommodation.
