Embarkation
You'll board the MS Douce France at 6 p.m. and get settled into your cabin. There's a welcome cocktail where you'll meet the crew, followed by dinner on board as the ship heads toward Breisach. It's a relaxed evening to get your bearings and meet fellow travelers.

Colmar
The morning is yours to explore Breisach on your own. In the afternoon, a guided tour takes you through Colmar, including the romantic Little Venice neighborhood and the Unterlinden Museum where you'll see art spanning 7,000 years from prehistoric pieces to modern work. After returning to the ship, you'll have dinner and evening entertainment on board.

Cruising through Alsace to Strasbourg
Today involves cruising through vineyards in the Vosges mountains, Black Forest, and Alsatian plains. You'll join a guided boat tour of Strasbourg and visit its cathedral with its striking blend of traditional and modern architecture. Later the ship continues to Mainz while you dance in the lounge this evening.

Rhine Valley - Lorelei
A walking tour takes you through Mainz to see the cathedral and wander the Old City streets toward the Gutenberg Museum. After that, you'll cruise through the romantic Rhine Valley, passing the legendary Lorelei rock. Dinner is on board, and afterward you can explore the city with your host or hostess.

Cologne - Düsseldorf
The ship cruises past Andernach, Königswinter, and Bonn with views of the Seven Hills before reaching Cologne mid-morning. A guided tour covers the Gothic cathedral, the tallest twin-spire church in the world and Germany's most visited site. You'll stroll through the Old Town and pass the Farina Fragrance Museum, then have free time before transferring to Düsseldorf by coach. Tonight brings a gala dinner and celebration.

You'll spend the day at the Netherlands Open-Air Museum in Arnhem exploring old homes, farms, and factories that show how people lived throughout Dutch history. Walk at your own pace or ride authentic trams while the ship cruises to Nijmegen. Back on board, you'll have dinner and evening entertainment as the ship heads to Amsterdam.

Keukenhof Gardens
Two excursion options are available: the classic package offers a boat trip along UNESCO-listed canals with views of narrow gabled houses, 17th-century mansions, and historic bridges, while the discovery package is a bike tour exploring local neighborhoods, Dam Square, the Royal Palace, and Anne Frank House. This afternoon, visit Keukenhof Gardens at your own pace to see the Orchid House, Japanese Garden, and 19th-century windmill. Optional boat or bike rides through tulip fields are available.
