- JNJohn· May 31st, 2024Exodus and especially the guide Michled are very professional. The guide was knowledgable, very flexible. Always asked the group what they wanted to do, putting us first. He was always involved within the group, eating with us and making sure we had all the necessities to make our experience enjoyable and relaxed. 10 v 10 to Michled.Show moreExodus Adventure Travels commented on this reviewThank you so much for letting us know about Michled! - Jamal· January 16th, 2020The hotel chosen in Amman (Amman West) is more like a 2 star hotel and out of the way from everything such as a supermarket. The room lack the basics such as a fridge or a hot water kettle. The breakfast didn’t include ANY type of real juice or fruits. The hotel in petra (Qasr Amra) is old and most of the guests had issues with room such as a broken shower door or broken fridge. The stay in the desert is a true in basic tents but it was too basic and tents only had a bed with nothing else. The light is solar is too dim and operated and went out by midnight. The main tents Should Be available all night (to serve like a reception with tea and dates just in case and tourists needed something to warm him up). The local operator took away the big bus in Petra to save money and used a rented different minibus to save money for the 3 days we were there. The hotels in Aqaba and the Dead sea were much nicer. The tour guide claimed he lost my Jordan Pass for tourist attractions (50 JOD) so he can buy me a daily pass (and much cheaper 5 JOD) since I hold an Arab passport) so he can POCKET the difference (I have the proofs of my daily ticket). In the last day i told him my flight is delayed and needed a slightly later checkout (2 PM) he never contacted the reception and luckily i went to the reception my self to inform them of my late checkout. Jordan is a beautiful and an amazing country and worth visiting but Exodus (The main operator) should have better followup and quality control on the local operators in Jordan (Named also Atlas or Jordan Geography) to ensure they are able live to the standards sought by the tourists in Exodus tours. This local operator here seems to take shortcuts and hire guides which are not up to the standards. As well as try to save money on the buses they use.Show moreExodus Adventure Travels commented on this reviewWe would like to thank Jamal for his feedback, although we are very sorry that some aspects of the holiday did not meet his expectations. - SPStephen· October 7th, 2019A very busy and varied tour, we got to see many exciting and different things in a short space of time, not much down time. Highly recommended, a good tour with an informative guide who provided insights and history.Show moreTrip date: September 2019
- Traci· April 15th, 2019Jordan is amazing, Petra in particular is wonderful and we chose this tour as it included 2 days in Petra and we were not disappointed! The group we travelled with was lovely so we also had some great company on our trip.Show moreTrip date: April 2019
- SFSarah· April 5th, 2019We had a terrific time. The standout day was Petra with an 18k walk through the hills exhilerating!! Wadi Rum was spectacular! All rounded off with a float in the Dead Sea.Show moreTrip date: March 2019
- TLTom· March 19th, 2019Wonderful tour. Excellent itinerary, with both the right mix of experiences and the right order - finishing with a couple of more relaxing days. Buses generally comfortable, but there was a problem with some buses not having working seatbelts, meaning we needed to wait a couple of times for them to be fixed or for a replacement. Also the free water to fill our bottles with on the bus disappeared for the last few days of the trip. Accommodation was best in Aqaba and the Dead Sea, a bit ropey in Petra (and we still needed to bus to the entrance). Again breakfasts were best in those first two mentioned hotels, but poorer in Petra and also Amman. Location of the hotel in Amman was also uninspiring. The experience of Wadi Rum more than made up for any (fairly understandable) limitations in the fixed camp, like no hot water. The food there was delicious though. Jihad our guide was brilliant - helpful, knowledgable, kind and really friendly and fun. I’d give him 6 stars.Show moreTrip date: March 2019

- Bernadette· April 15th, 2018I loved the way that in a very short time i got an appreciation of the history and society. The immersion in the culture was appropriate.. not overwhelming but The itinerary was varied and well thought out. The guide was very patient with us, but passionate about his culture, and provided unique opportunities... we found a black iris! I loved the picnic overlooking the Rift Valley. Marvellous. I would have liked to rate Issa as excellent for his qualities ...a little revision of English terms would be helpful to make explanations clearer.Show moreTrip date: April 2018

Arriving in the afternoon on 18 May you will miss the visit to Jerash and possibly the Amman city tour depending on when you arrive at the hotel. However, if you wish, you can still meet the group at the start hotel. Kindly note there is only 1 space left on this departure, and is on request.

12am on the 18 May is perfect. Most of the group will be arriving around the same time and you will receive a transfer on arrival :)

Asked on February 4th, 2025Is it possible for us to change some of the accommodation to be in a family room or the room of our choice (happy to pay the difference). Would it be possible for you to send me the websites of the accommodation as some of them didn't come up when i googled them. Also is it possible to stay in a glass dome in Exodus Camp?
- Exodus Adventure TravelsOperator•Written February 2025
Our accommodation is standard as per itinerary. I can request upgraded rooming or triple rooms for you where available, but usually we would book twin/double and single/shared. If accommodation is very important to you, perhaps you can also consider our trip, the Kingdoms of Jordan - Premium Adventure. We unfortunately do not offer glass dome at the camp.

Traveler•Written August 2022We see that this is a group tour. Usually how many people are traveling together. We don't want it to be very crowded.
- Exodus Adventure TravelsOperator•Written August 2022
The minimum number we take is 4 and the most we take is 20 so its anywhere between that. We only have 2 booked on our 30th November departure at this stage.
