- ESEva-Maria· October 17th, 2022Automatic translation available in English. View in EnglishI would not make more with your agency...instead of Singleroom I got an expensive double bed room and it was never explained to me in GERMAN, how and what my services are....With not a word was mentioned that I except lunches, which I have paid yes, otherwise no breakfast and dinner in the price of 4,195 dollars was included and that was already a proud price for partly very unpretentious rooms. In 2 hotels there was no room service at all, although we stayed 2 days each. In comparison: 2 years ago I was in Australia for 18 days...With flight from Zurich to Melbourne, 2 domestic flights and all excursion program such as Uluru, Cairns, Great Ocean Road and all meals in excellent hotels and tips I paid 5,200 euro. And there were always new circulars from you in English, some of which could not be translated. Not everyone is so firm in English that one can understand everything. Too bad....my conclusion! This tour begins at 7am from: The Palms Casino coach loading curb located at: Palms Casino, 4321 W Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Asked on June 16th, 2024I was putting this tour on hold when it was on sale but the app wasn't allowing me to book and now the price has returned to the regular price. I'm traveling in Europe so the price is being given in Euros and would like the price in Canadian dollars. If not possible to give me the sale price that's fine I will book elsewhere.
- Bindlestiff ToursOperator•Written June 2024
We offer either camping or lodging accommodation for this tour. Lodging is at 3 star and above hotels, and there is an option to book a single room for solo travelers for a supplemental fee. Campgrounds are privately owned and operated and offer very high standards. Most campgrounds on these tours have full bathrooms and hot showers, as well as electricity and charging points for cameras and cell phones, etc. Most campgrounds have complimentary Wi-Fi.

Traveler•Written June 2024What is the probability of your cancelling the tour, perhaps when there are not enough people? I have to purchase airline tickets, buy insurance, take vacation days etc... I saw from the earlier dates that you have more than 10+ vacancies.... do you cancel if there are not enough people?
- Bindlestiff ToursOperator•Written June 2024
If camping is selected, we will pair you up with another guest of the same gender in the same tent. Solo tent requests will be logged and accommodated if extra gear is available. It is not a guarantee, however.

Asked on June 1st, 2024I wanted to ask a few questions before I book the trip. First I was wondering what happens when the tour is not fully booked. Will it be cancelled and when will I know? Second I've got a question about the payment for the accommodation. In the description it was said that these are not included. What amount do you guys charge for the accommodation during the whole trip?

Traveler•Written June 2024Is there an option for 14/07 too? I'm looking forward to see your respond. Otherwise I'll go for the tour starting on 21st of July. Is it already certain that this one will leave?
- Bindlestiff ToursOperator•Written June 2024
We see that you booked the July 21st departure. To answer your question, there was not an option between the 2 dates.

Asked on July 15th, 2023can the tour guide do guided walks if we are unsure where are the best viewing spots? in the 'included' list it says walks and hikes for most of the parks, but am unsure if this means if we're only permitted/able to walk in the park, or if this means guided walks are available and included in this package with the tour guide, in seeing the best spots? or are we on our own when we reach the destinations in terms of knowing where to go for walking/hiking?
- Bindlestiff ToursOperator•Written July 2023
Your tour guide will help you choose a walk/hike that suits your abilities and interests. You may also opt for gentle strolls and sightseeing, and perhaps take in some exhibits or a ranger talk if you decide not to walk at all. Most of the hikes are not guided by your tour guide.

Asked on May 16th, 2023When is the best time of year for this tour? I imagine it's super hot in the summer.
- Bindlestiff ToursOperator•Written May 2023
The available dates for this tour are during July, August and September and are generally the warmest months of the year. Prepare for warm days and cool nights (especially at elevation).

Asked on July 31st, 2022How demanding are the hikes during the tour? Do I necessarily need hiking boots? Is the tent equipment complete? Do I need to bring anything else?
- Bindlestiff ToursOperator•Written July 2022
There are walking and hiking opportunities on this tour. Your tour guide will help you choose a walk/hike that suits your abilities and interests. National parks recommend hiking boots for ankle support, but good running shoes can work fine. We provide the tent and sleeping pad, but not the sleeping bag. If you want to rent a sleeping bag, it's $40 for the entire tour. We suggest bringing: 3 season sleeping bag, travel pillow, travel towel, flashlight, sunscreen, sunhat, rainproof jacket, walking shoes, warm sweater, swimsuit.

Asked on June 8th, 2022Are Tent, Sleeping Pad and Sleeping Bag included in the tour?
- Bindlestiff ToursOperator•Written June 2022
A tent and sleeping pad will be provided for this tour. However, you will need to bring your own sleeping bag or rent one from us for $40USD.
