Your Welsh adventure begins in Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where your Tour Manager takes you through the city's Georgian architecture and Roman history. From there you'll head to Cardiff, Wales's capital, settling in for two nights. There's a welcome dinner this evening to kick things off.

Cardiff
This morning you'll walk through Cardiff's city centre, stopping at Cardiff Castle which has nearly 2,000 years of history layered into its walls. Later tonight you'll sit down for locally sourced fine dining accompanied by Welsh musicians including a harpist performing traditional pieces.

Tenby - St David's - Aberystwyth
You're heading south-west to Pembrokeshire, first stopping in the charming harbour town of Tenby to wander the seafront. From there it's on to St David's, Britain's smallest city, where you'll see the cathedral and walk around the Bishop's Palace ruins before finishing the day in Aberystwyth.

Caernarfon - Snowdon
North Wales is calling today. You'll see Caernarfon Castle, a fortress-palace from the Middle Ages that held major royal significance. After that, you're taking the Snowdon Mountain Rail from Llanberis up to Snowdon's summit for views across the landscape (weather permitting).

Betws-y-Coed - Conwy
Starting at a family farm where you'll watch a sheep dog demonstration and learn about 370 years of farming and wool production in the area. Lunch comes with castle views in Conwy, then you'll tour Conwy Castle and Plas Mawr, a 16th-century town house. Your evening is free to explore Betws-y-Coed village on your own.

Later you'll reach Abergavenny, a lively market town at the edge of the Brecon Beacons. Dinner tonight is at a 2 AA rosette restaurant for quality cuisine.

Leaving Wales behind, you'll drive through the Cotswolds, England's largest Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, stopping in quintessential English villages. There's an included pub lunch along the way, then you arrive at your centrally located Oxford hotel for a two-night stay.

Oxford
Oxford has over 1,500 listed buildings and the oldest university in the English-speaking world. Your walking tour covers Christchurch College where Alice in Wonderland was written and Harry Potter filming locations. After the tour, the afternoon and evening are yours to shop on the High Street or visit historic pubs.

Oxford to Windsor
A short drive takes you to Windsor, the Royal Borough. You'll start with an introductory walk, then tour Windsor Castle, one of the official residences of His Majesty The King. You'll see the State Apartments and St George's Chapel with its royal tombs, then have free time to explore town before a farewell dinner and tour toast.
