The hotels were all clean and comfy; and in convenient spots for the activities. The itinerary was very good - perhaps another option for travel between Puerto Princesa and El Nido (extra day in PP?) as it was a long day of driving. Also the ferry ride from El NIdo to Coron ate up most of that day. There were a couple instances when our transporters were significantly late and did not contact us to let us know. They found someone to transfer me over but they made multiple stops and I didn’t get to El Nido until 1 am and then they made me find my own way to my hotel which was difficult at 1 am. There were multiple times I had to pay for my transfer to a hotel after a tour. One hotel had no working WiFi. There was ALOT of wasted time waiting for tours or transfers. I would have been happier doing this all on my own. Then 90 mins wait for the boat. 90 mins drive back to Puerto Princesa River Tour is only 40 mins. We were taken back to Puerto Princesa but it would have been better to go direct to El Nido, 3 hours wasted on the bus. We got picked up at 17.30 for transfer to El Nido.we arrived at 1am! When we stopped half way the food was almost gone, what was left looked old. Your brochure says 3 hours to El Nido this is false. When we booked it was a flight to from El Nido to Coron, it got changed to the Ferry. I am very grateful, since my arrival in Manila I had the support and assistance of Moya who was absolutely diligent, and attentive to all my requirements! The hotels were all fabulous, the breakfasts delicious, the lunch tours excellent; it was an amazing way to eat traditional Pinoys dishes! I must say that my visit coincided with 3 typhoons which made things a bit complicated, however Moya was there and supported me in everything; so I would recommend to be careful with packages in typhoon season, especially if like me, you have very restricted dates! My flight back to Manila was cancelled and the airline gave me a replacement for three days later! However Moya and her TourRadar team got me a ticket for the next day and I was able to fly, plus they contacted me for transportation at all times! I really have no complaints but thanks! Each had an attentive front desk, hot water, and amenities were available for purchase. The tour itself packs a lot into a short time frame. I was tired at the end of it, but in a good way. I actually liked that the week ended with the town tour of Coron, because it was a little more low key and less active than the other days, which was necessary.Show more
