Itinerary
- Day 1
Phnom Penh
You'll land at Phnom Penh International Airport and handle immigration (visa on arrival is available or apply ahead of time). Your driver meets you at the exit for the transfer to your hotel. Since check-in starts at 2pm, you'll have time to settle in and rest up. Later in the evening, head out to the night market on foot or by tuk-tuk to try some local food and get a feel for the city.

- Day 2
Phnom Penh
Your private guide takes you through Phnom Penh's main historical sites. Start at the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda to see the royal complex and the Buddha statues there. From there, the National Museum fills you in on Cambodian history and culture. Around midday, walk through the Central Market browsing local crafts and souvenirs. Next you'll climb Phnom Penh Hill to check out Wat Phnom, an old Buddhist temple with city views from up top. Finish the day with a sunset cruise on the Mekong and Tonle Sap Rivers.

Phnom Penh to Siem Reap
Your driver picks you up from the hotel for the drive to Phnom Penh bus station. You board a bus heading to Siem Reap at 09:00, arriving around 14:30. When you get there, your driver meets you at the Siem Reap bus station and takes you to your hotel to check in.

- Day 4
Siem Reap
Start early at 07:30am to avoid crowds at Ta Prohm, the temple covered in jungle that appeared in the Tomb Raider film. After that, continue to Angkor Thom, the old Khmer capital, where you'll see Bayon Temple in the center, the Terrace of the Leper King, and the Terrace of Elephants with its royal viewing area. You'll also check out the 11th-century Baphuon temple there. Then head to Angkor Wat itself, the large UNESCO site and one of the world's biggest religious monuments, walking through its galleries, columns, libraries, courtyards and reflecting pools. Head back to your hotel in the afternoon.

- Day 5
Siem Reap
Meet your guide and driver at your hotel at 09:30am for the trip to Kompong Khleang, the largest floating village on Tonle Sap Lake about 45km away. On the way there, you'll try bamboo sticky rice and see how incense is made. A private boat takes you through the village to see the stilted houses and fishing activities, learning about daily life for the over 10,000 people in the floating community. After you finish, your driver takes you to Siem Reap airport for your departure.
