Some of the places visited were rushed but they seemed to spend more time in the souvenir shops, rather than the places of interest. Poor customer service in the Jerusalem accommodation only. Also, the main problem we had was the lunch options on the tour days. Although lunch wasn’t provided, they would take you to one place which was expensive and poor quality rather than us choosing where we wanted to eat. For a company that’s been around for a long time and one of main providers in Israel, it was an average experience, especially for the money spent.Show moreTrip date: September 2022

Pickup/drop-off & accommodation: When you book a package, we book your accommodation according to the chosen class. Since we have a specific pickup/drop-off route, the pickup/drop-off hotels may be within walking distance from the accommodation hotel (approx. 5 minutes). Accommodations depend upon availability, so there are no specific hotels that are guaranteed, but in Jerusalem, it is usually Grand Court hotel, Eldan Hotel, or similar. In Tel Aviv, it is usually BY14 hotel, Prima city hotel, or similar.
