- ANArun Kumar· April 12th, 2025Based earlier Europamundo hotel tour booking in Prince hotel so we prebooked Prince for 2 days prior to tour start but they suddenly changed to Moxy hotel and we had to travel locally from Prince to Moxy hotel - waste of time and money. Since airport transfer was included we asked them for hotel to hotel transfer but they declined. Experience at Moxy hotel Tokyo was vey bad - dining room and lobby was small and very crowded and could not handle the breakfast for the large number of guests. Bus timing was preponed so could not eat breakfast properly. Moxy hotel was in a shady location with drunken fights and women soliciting on street outside whole night. Further got lost in Mount Fuji and called their 24 hour emergency number twice which did not work!Show more
