- Day 2
Seoul - DMZ Cheorwon
An early start takes you to the DMZ in Cheorwon, where you'll check out the Second Tunnel and look across the border from Cheorwon Peace Observatory. After that, you'll walk through the old Woljeong-ri railway station and see the Baek Ma Battle Memorial. Before heading back to Seoul, you stop by a local makgeolli brewery. Once in the city, the evening includes City Hall, Deoksugung Palace, and shopping in Myeongdong, with metro transit included.

- Day 3
Seoul
This five-hour tour of Seoul starts with Changdeokgung Palace (a UNESCO site), then passes through the traditional Bukchon Hanok Village. You'll go through the War Memorial of Korea museum to get context on the country's conflicts. Later in the afternoon, you head to Gangnam District and finish at Lotte World Tower with free time to spend as you like.

- Day 4
Seoul - Suwon - Jeonju
Start at Gyeongbokgung Palace, and if the timing works out, you'll catch the ceremonial changing of the guard. You then drive south to Suwon to walk around the UNESCO fortress walls and explore Hwaseong Haenggung, the summer palace. The day finishes in Jeonju, where you wander through the historic Hanok Village with its traditional houses, shops, and galleries.

- Day 5
Jeonju - Damyang - Haeinsa - Busan
Begin at Sunchang Gochujang Village at Mount Amisan's base and learn how to make traditional Korean chili paste from scratch. Next, you head to Damyang to walk through Juknokwon Bamboo Forest and visit its museum, then have lunch featuring rice cooked inside bamboo. Haeinsa Temple comes next—one of Korea's most significant Buddhist sites with UNESCO-protected ancient scriptures. You arrive in Busan by evening for the night.

Busan
Start at Haedong Yonggung, a 14th-century Buddhist temple right on the ocean. You then go to the UN Memorial Cemetery to pay respects to soldiers from various nations, followed by time at the country's largest fish market near Nampo Port. Walk up Yongdusan Park to see the 120-meter pagoda, then take a cable car ride from Songdo Beach with views over the bay. The day finishes at Gamcheon Culture Village with its colorful houses, narrow passages, galleries, and cafes.

Busan - Gyeongju - Daegu
Travel to Seokguram Buddhist Grotto on Tohamsan's slopes, then continue to Bulguksa Temple, known for its exceptional architecture. Once in Gyeongju, you photograph Woljeonggyo Bridge and explore the ancient capital itself. Tumuli Park has royal burial mounds dating back over 1,500 years, and you'll also tour Cheomsongdae, an old astronomical observatory. The evening takes you to Daegu to see Dongsan Cheongna Hill and explore the busy Dongseong-ro shopping street.

- Day 8
Daegu - Andong - Hahoe - Seoul
Start with the Yangnyeongsi Museum of Traditional Medicine and browse the Herbal Medicine Market, where quality ginseng and Eastern remedies are sold. You drive north to Andong to see Hahoe, a UNESCO heritage village, and tour its Mask Museum with an international collection. After visiting Byeongsan Seowon Confucian Academy by the river, you head back to Seoul, arriving in the late afternoon.

Seoul to Tokyo
After breakfast, you head to the airport for your included flight to Tokyo. Once you land and clear immigration, an assistant meets you at baggage claim. A shared shuttle bus transfers you to your hotel, and then you have free time to get settled in.

- Day 10
Tokyo
A five-hour morning tour takes you through Tokyo's highlights. You'll see Zojoji Temple for views of Tokyo Tower and its Jizo statues, then walk through Shibuya Crossing (the world's busiest), followed by Meiji Shrine. The route includes Omotesando Avenue and the scenic Imperial Palace with Nijubashi Bridge. You drive through Akihabara's electronics district, take Tokyo Skytree up for panoramic views, and finish at Sensoji Temple in Asakusa with Nakamise Street. Evening includes a subway ride to Shinjuku and dinner at a local restaurant.

Tokyo to Kyoto
You take the bullet train early in the morning, covering nearly 500 km in just over two hours to reach Kyoto. The rest of the day is yours to explore Japan's former capital, a city that escaped bombing during World War II. You'll visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, the Imperial Palace, and Kinkakuji Temple surrounded by beautiful gardens. Time in Gion lets you walk through the traditional geisha district with its lively atmosphere.

Next is Horyu-ji Buddhist Temple, a UNESCO site and Japan's oldest wooden structure and oldest temple. Later you arrive in Osaka for the evening and explore Dotonbori, a colorful district packed with nightlife and energy.
