- Day 1
Rome
You'll arrive in Rome and head to your hotel to get settled. Later, join a guided walking tour that covers famous spots like the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum, plus some lesser-known areas around the city. This evening you'll have a welcome dinner with your tour director and other travelers at a local restaurant.

Rome
The day starts with a skip-the-line guided tour of the Vatican Museums where you'll see the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. After that, the afternoon is yours to wander around the city or sit at a local café and relax however you like.

Rome to Sorrento
Early risers can join a dawn tour hitting Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Then grab a traditional Italian breakfast at a local café before heading by coach south to Pompeii for a guided tour through this ancient city that was preserved under ash from Mount Vesuvius. From there you'll continue on to Sorrento.

You'll have the full day to explore Sorrento at your own pace. Walk through the busy Piazza Tasso, look down at the Valley of the Mills with its modern ruins overgrown with greenery, or spend time relaxing along the coast. Tonight there's an insider experience lined up.

Following breakfast, you'll travel through Ljubljana, Slovenia's capital, and head to Opatija where you'll board the MV Princess Eleganza to begin a seven-night Adriatic cruise.

Opatija to Rab
You'll have free time in Opatija before the ship sets sail. Later the boat drops anchor off Krk island for a swim in the Adriatic. After lunch on board and a relaxed afternoon of sailing, you'll arrive at Rab island. Spend time in the Old Town, a well-preserved late medieval settlement, walk along the white-washed harbour, and have dinner at a local restaurant.

Pag to Zadar
The ship drops anchor near Pag island if weather allows for a swim. Later in the day you'll arrive in Zadar for a guided walking tour through the atmospheric Old Town. You'll see Roman columns, church buildings, baroque palaces, and Renaissance structures. The tour ends at the Sea Organ and Sun Salutation monuments before returning to the ship for dinner.

Šibenik and Krka National Park
Spend the afternoon in Krka National Park exploring the dramatic waterfalls the area is known for. Walk across wooden jetties and bridges to see the falls including Skradinski Buk with its large natural pool and high water drops. You'll return to the ship which stays in port overnight. After dinner on board, explore Šibenik's squares and narrow winding streets.

After breakfast, walk through the historic town of Šibenik with your guide, checking out the well-preserved white-walled Old Town. You'll arrive in Split later this afternoon and take a guided tour through the Palace of Diocletian area. Your ship moors close by in the evening, giving you the chance to have dinner at one of the restaurants along the Riva Promenade.

Vis to Korčula
You'll disembark at the Croatian island of Vis to explore this remote and largely untouched landscape on a scenic drive around the island. Come back to the ship for lunch before sailing to Korčula. A local guide will take you through the maze of cobblestone medieval streets and nice squares. Dinner is at one of the local restaurants with the ship nearby.

Badija to Dubrovnik
The ship stops at the island of Badija for a swim in the warm Adriatic waters. From there you'll continue to Dubrovnik for an afternoon guided walk through the medieval Old Town. The tour starts at the Pile Gate and goes through narrow limestone alleys and marble paved streets, passing the Rector's Palace, Dominican and Franciscan Monasteries, and Sponza Palace. You'll return to the ship for a farewell dinner on board.
