Douglas· October 29th, 2024I was disappointed in the optional tours The tour to Windsor Castle was done in Spanish only I told my regular guide we don't speak Spanish and she told us to get on the bus anyway not giving us the option to cancel the tour. I turned into a very expensive bus ride with no information given that we could understand. Once dropped at the castle we just rad to roam around by ourselves The other optional tour in Dublin was canceled and we had to ask to be refunded the cost of the tour. The guides generally walked us partway into the towns and the told us we had free time i expected more information about what we were seeing to be provided. It was not. First day there was no guide for the welcoming at all. Second day a person shows up 45 minutes late to corrales in with another bus. Many of the hotels were an absolute dive. We saw so many sights, heard detailed history of our destinations, received good common sense advice, clear instructions and ready help at all times. Pericles, our guide, in my opinion is what made our trip so wonderful. His personable, friendly, warm personality along with his genuine caring that we knew important details is unparalleled. He even played songs to represent different areas we visited and that helped us get a feeling for the culture of a destination. - AKathryn LeeDuckworth· January 4th, 2022Due to COVID I had to travel 2 days prior to trip starting, the admin was slow at getting me information of hotel we were staying at at start, so I had to book elsewhere and therefore had to get own transfer to starting hotel. I had everyone cancel my trip due to the pandemic whilst I was in isolation, so the trip had to be rearranged, although I was devastated, Manuel my travel guide went above and beyond to make sure the trip was absolutely amazing. I could not fault him. His knowledge and passion are to be commended. After a rocky start to the trip I have to say Manu ended up made it amazing. I’ve made a friend for life.
