  Marcia Nascimento The Switzerland tour was wonderful specially with the two guides we had. Isaac Cohen and Marilia Filgueira went above and beyond making this trip enjoyable and safe. Felipe our driver made sure we were safe on the road with his driving. Dredi the driver who picked me up from the airport sent me a Whatsap message the day before I arrived making sure we could be in touch in the airport. However, I would like to state that few passangers did not follw the instructions about the time to get back to the bus and affected some of the activities we did. Despite this affect from a few passengers the activities scheduled was an amazing + great experience.

  Not sure if I'd use this company again. The Tour Leader was ineffective in her communication skills as a result there were many times when instructions were not followed because her explanations were not clear.

  Overall good value for money. However the tour guide needs more experience and awareness in how to engage with the passengers as there be many unknown factors or events that affect customers throughout the tour. He also needs to be more detailed about the available options and activities at each tour stop and plan accordingly. This caused a delay in departure at one stop. Also not to drive an autocratic and authoritarian timeline and treating customers like school children with threats of “punishment” - even if suggested in a joking manner. In addition the websites are not always clear on the details and how to contact relevant and respective customer support - For example - on some issues or potential questions :- Is it the tour operator Europamundo responsibility or is it Tour Radar to resolve or answer the customer questions. ?? Also the quality of the accommodation varied - whilst generally good. However we found our rooms to be lesser quality than others in the same hotel - ie smaller and less facilities than others.

  We have a very good experience with Europamundo & rain didn’t bother us either. We covered a lot of nice places to see each day. Our driver Sergio is a very good driver & our tour guide Mariella is superb. Will definitely book a tour with you guys again.

  Overall the tour experience was good. even though it was a 8 day Switzerland tour, the first & last day was just checkin to the hotel. day 5 was literally not much. we checked in to the hotel very early. So I think the overall itinerary can be revisited and readjusted to make all the days bit more equal and interesting. The tour guide Esther and driver Yosef were amazing. very good information about the places and kept us on time everywhere. had some problems with fellow passengers and they were constantly playing loud videos on phone; very rude and inconsiderate of other passengers. even after complaining to tour guide nothing changed. day 4 was the best with Aare gorge, Interlaken,Glacier3000. time given in some places like Hiedidorf was too much and there isn't much to see there. Whereas the island of Manau was so beautiful that we wish there was more time! My family of 4 had 5 bags and was told strictly only to bring 1 bag per person. I had to spend 200CHF in airport storage due to this. Later I found fellow passengers having multiple bags stored in the bus. Please make sure if there is such a rule that every passenger follows it. Communicated to Europamunda/TourRadar and nothing happened. bit disappointed with this.

  I had so much fun in Switzerland. The landscape/ views were breathtaking. The tour was awesome.Tour guide (Esther) was knowledgeable and engaging. Hotels were nicer than expected. Driver Yusef was good. Bus was clean and appeared well maintained. Thank you, guys!

  Wonderful tour experience with Europamundo, starting with the action packed itinerary, the affordable price for the tour, the nicest and courteous driver…Felipe and most of all our Tour guide that made our touring days amazing,…Jon T. really embodied an ideal tour guide..knowledgeable, patient, fair and most especially very cordial/super nice person. Also Daniella who assisted us with the entire trip preparation. Keep ip the good work Europamundo!!
