- Day 1
Madrid
You'll arrive in Madrid and get transferred to your hotel, giving you time to get settled in before meeting your guide. That evening, head over to Plaza Mayor and La Latina where you can grab tapas and have dinner at whatever restaurant catches your eye.

- Day 2
Madrid
Start with a guided tour through central Madrid hitting Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor. Then you'll head to Retiro Park to check out the lake and Palacio de Cristal. After that, visit Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The rest of your afternoon is yours to wander around on your own before the return transfer to your hotel.

Madrid to Barcelona
You'll leave Madrid in the morning and drive through Castile toward Zaragoza to see the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. From there, continue on to Poblet Abbey, a well-preserved medieval monastery. By evening you'll arrive in Barcelona.

Barcelona to Girona
Take a guided tour of Barcelona in the morning, walking through Gaudí's modernist buildings, the busy Ramblas, and getting a sense of the city's history. Later, you'll head north into Catalonia toward Girona where you can wander through the historic center, see the colorful houses and old Jewish quarter, and check out the cathedral.

Girona to Chambéry
Travel into France through Provence and stop in Arles, a UNESCO site famous for its Van Gogh connections. You'll see the Roman theater and Romanesque churches with time for lunch and exploring around town. Next up is Carrières des Lumières, an underground art space in an old quarry with projections and sound. Arrive in Chambéry in the evening, a medieval town with a nice historic center and castle.

Chambéry to Leysin
Head into Switzerland and reach Geneva where you'll visit Palais des Nations (the UN headquarters), the English Garden with its flower clock, and the Jet d'Eau fountain. Then travel to Gruyères, a walled village known for its cheese. Stop by Maison Cailler Chocolate Factory for a tasting. You'll also see Chillon Castle on Lake Geneva's shore before arriving in Leysin, a mountain village with views of the Rhône Valley and Mont Blanc. Dinner's included tonight.

Leysin to Zurich
Take a cable car up to Glacier 3000 where you can see ice and snow, walk across a suspended bridge between peaks, check out the Ice Cathedral, or try the Fun Park. Stop in Interlaken during lunch, then continue to Lucerne, one of Switzerland's most beautiful cities. You'll arrive in Zurich by evening with time to walk around the center before getting to your hotel.
