Itinerary
- Day 1
Paris to Caen
Starting early from Paris, you'll head toward Normandy and stop in Giverny to walk through Monet's House and gardens (admission's included). From there, you'll continue to Rouen for a stroll through its medieval streets and grab lunch. After that, you'll head to Arromanches to see the historic World War II landing beaches, and by evening you'll arrive in Caen where you'll have leisure time to explore the central district.

- Day 2
Caen to Rennes
Early morning travel takes you to Mont-Saint-Michel for exploration of the city and abbey. You'll continue to Saint-Malo afterward to see the impressive city walls, then have lunch. During the afternoon, you'll visit the charming Breton village of Dinan where you can try a crepe and drink, then head to Rennes. The capital of Brittany has a fascinating historic center to check out.

- Day 3
Rennes to Amboise
You'll depart for Angers where there's an optional visit to the castle housing the largest medieval Apocalypse tapestry. Then you'll continue to Tours in the Loire Valley for exploration and lunch. In the afternoon, you get to see Château de Villandry with its magnificent flowers and gardens (garden admission's included). The day ends in Amboise, a medieval city, and dinner's included.

- Day 4
Amboise to Limoges
Starting with a morning stroll through Amboise, you'll see Château du Clos Lucé, where Leonardo da Vinci spent his final years. Next, you'll visit the iconic Château de Chenonceau (tickets included), built like a bridge over the river. You'll explore Chambord afterward, the largest castle in the Loire Valley with park access included. Later you'll continue into central France to Limoges, checking out its historic center and Saint Etienne Cathedral.

Limoges to Rocamadour
Leaving Limoges, you'll head to the Dordogne region and visit Lascaux to explore the museum and cave replica (tickets included) while learning about prehistoric cave paintings. You'll continue to Sarlat, a UNESCO World Heritage town with a well-preserved Renaissance historic center, for a stroll and lunch. Later you'll visit Beynac to explore its medieval castle overlooking the river (admission included). The day ends in Rocamadour, a medieval village on a cliff with an important sanctuary. You'll walk the Via Crucis and take the lift back up. Dinner's included.

Rocamadour to Bordeaux
You'll visit the impressive Padirac Chasm and enjoy a boat ride 75 meters underground. Then you'll continue to Collonges-la-Rouge, a village built with red stone on the Way of St. James. After lunch, you'll journey to Saint-Emilion in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region for a leisurely stroll. You'll arrive in Bordeaux in the evening.

- Day 7
Bordeaux to Lourdes
You'll explore the World Heritage center of Bordeaux, including the Water Mirror and historic old town with pedestrian streets and an 11th-century cathedral. You have free time to stroll along the Garonne River banks where restaurants are available for lunch, or you can optionally visit Cité du Vin, an interactive museum about wine history and production. After that, you'll continue toward the Pyrenees, arriving in Lourdes by mid-afternoon with time to visit the sanctuary and optionally attend the candlelit procession. Dinner's included.

Lourdes to Marseille
You'll travel through southern France to Carcassonne, a city surrounded by some of Europe's most beautiful walls. You'll have time to walk and explore. After lunch, you'll continue to Narbonne to discover this historic Occitan city with its charming old town. You'll arrive in Marseille, France's second-largest city, in the late afternoon and explore the vibrant Vieux-Port with its bustling atmosphere and charming restaurants.

- Day 9
Marseille to Barcelona
You'll explore the Provence region starting in Aix-en-Provence, birthplace of painter Paul Cézanne. You'll wander through the historic center with narrow streets, fountains, and squares. Then you'll visit Avignon, the former seat of the Catholic popes, and see the Palace of the Popes. You'll walk the walled city on the banks of the Rhône and have lunch. After that, you'll visit the Pont du Gard (admission included), a Roman aqueduct and UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll head toward Catalonia, arriving in Barcelona in the evening.

Barcelona
You'll enjoy a morning panoramic tour of Barcelona, one of Europe's most fascinating capitals. You'll see Gaudí's modernist architecture, the lively Ramblas, and legacy sites from World Expositions and Olympic Games. The tour ends at Maremagnum, a modern leisure and dining complex by the sea next to Columbus Square. You'll stroll through this lively area, then you have the afternoon at leisure before returning to the hotel.

Barcelona to Madrid
You'll travel south along the Mediterranean with a special stop in Peniscola, a charming walled town by the sea. You'll have time for a stroll, then continue to Valencia, a vibrant port city on the Levantine coast, arriving around lunchtime. You can try the famous paella if you'd like. At approximately 4:30 p.m., you'll continue to Madrid with a brief stop at Valencia's City of Arts and Sciences. You'll arrive in Madrid between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. and receive a transfer to Plaza Mayor to enjoy pinchos or wine at one of its restaurants.

Madrid
You'll begin the morning with a comprehensive tour of central Madrid, featuring Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor. You'll visit Retiro Park, a beautiful oasis in the city center, where you'll see the lake and Palacio de Cristal. Next you'll visit Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (admission included), home of Real Madrid. You'll have the rest of the afternoon at leisure, then receive a return transfer to the hotel in the evening.
