I've been on several tours and understand the standards of European hotels; these were beyond terrible. Our suitcases couldn’t fit between the bed and wall. The rooms were unclean. One of the rooms had a crack across the floor, an ant colony in the corner, and bugs under the bed. My daughter cried, and when I reported it to the front desk, they handed me bug spray and said there were no vacancies. With no transportation or other options, we got no sleep, and the next day was very difficult.Show more

Asked on January 3rd, 2025Do participants actually go onto the island of Mont St Michel? How do most of your travelers get from the airport to Paris? Where are the 4 dinners that are included with the trip?

You will only view the abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel, a brief stop to enjoy the sight and take some photos (off the coach). As Costsover no longer offers airport transfers, guests will have to arrange their own transfers from to the hotel in Paris. The 4 dinners will be at the different hotel you'll be staying at. We are unable to provide which hotel they will be at as our hotels are subject to change.
