I understand if you have a problem with a hotel to change the reservation to upgraning one not to downgrading, this is not acceptable at all. The resting time on the bus trips were very short we couldn't have enough time to eat, and in one trip we lost one hour because the bus has to go pick up another passengers because their bus was broken.
