Athens
You'll be picked up and taken to your hotel, where you can settle in and get comfortable. Stop by the front desk in the afternoon to check for information about when your tour officially starts.

- Day 2
Athens
A guided tour takes you through Athens starting with the Presidential Mansion, then the Panathenaic Stadium where the first modern Olympics happened back in 1896. You'll see the National Library and various city squares, plus the newer areas built after the 2004 Olympics. The tour heads up to the Acropolis (you'll pay separately for entry), and later that evening you'll head to the historic Plaka neighborhood to check out Greek tavernas and grab dinner.

- Day 3
Athens - Tripoli - Olympia - Patras
You'll head toward the Peloponnese with a quick stop to see the Corinth Canal, an impressive feat of engineering. After driving through the mountains, you'll reach Tripoli, the capital of Arcadia, where there's time to walk around Aeros Square and its cafes. Next comes the Archaeological Site of Olympia with a local guide showing you the Temple of Zeus, Stadium, Gymnasium, and Arena where the first Olympic Games took place. The day finishes in Patras, Greece's third largest city, where you'll visit a medieval fortress and the country's largest cathedral along with the historic St. Andrew church. Dinner's included.

- Day 4
Patras - Nafpaktos - Mycenae - Acrocorinth - Athens
After breakfast you'll cross the Rio-Antirrio cable-stayed bridge that connects the Peloponnese to the mainland. Next is the port town of Nafpaktos, where a Venetian fortress overlooks the Gulf of Corinth and there's an old town to explore. Then you're off to Mycenae, an 18th-century BC citadel that many consider the cradle of European civilization, with free time for lunch and looking around. You'll visit the Fortress of Acrocorinth and see the ancient temple of Aphrodite remains at the top. A brief stop at the Corinth Canal comes before heading back to Athens in the evening.

This is your day to explore Athens however you'd like. Walk through different areas, find hidden spots, and let the city show you what makes it special at your own pace.

- Day 6
Athens - Mykonos
After breakfast you'll be driven to Lavrio Port and board your 4-day Mediterranean cruise at 11:00 a.m. The ship sails out with nice views of the sea, and you'll reach Mykonos at 6:00 p.m. There's free time to check out this charming island known for its windmills and white-washed houses along the coast. You'll depart Mykonos at 11:00 p.m. and spend the night aboard the ship.

- Day 7
Mykonos - Kusadasi - Patmos
Your cruise heads to Turkey where you'll dock in Kusadasi, a seaside resort on the Aegean coast. You'll visit the Ancient City Ruins of Ephesus with entry included in the tour. After that you'll head back to the ship and continue to Patmos, the island where St. John the Apostle wrote the Apocalypse. You arrive on the island and depart at 9:00 p.m., then spend another night on board.

- Day 8
Patmos - Rhodes - Heraklion
Full day on the cruise with stops in Rhodes and sailing toward Heraklion. You'll arrive in Rhodes at 7:00 a.m. to explore this medieval walled city that was once home to one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Colossus of Rhodes. The ship leaves at 6:00 p.m., and you'll relax on board as you sail toward Heraklion overnight.

- Day 9
Heraklion - Santorini - Athens
Another full day on the cruise visiting Heraklion and Santorini. You'll dock in Heraklion at 7:00 a.m., the capital of Crete, which sits near the archaeological remains of Knossos. Mid-morning the ship continues to Santorini, one of the most impressive Mediterranean islands with its ravines, white villages, and views of the sea. You'll sail again at 9:00 p.m., and there's a boat party on board as you head back toward Athens overnight.

- Day 10
Athens
Your tour ends as you arrive back at Lavrio Port at 6:30 a.m., bringing your trip to a close with lasting memories. If you're arriving by ferry from Rhodes instead, you'll dock at Piraeus port.
