Paris
Start with the Palace of Versailles and walk through its gardens, then head back to Paris. Spend time in Montmartre checking out the artistic neighborhood before taking a panoramic tour to see major avenues and landmarks. An optional evening variety show is available if you're interested.

- Day 3
Paris to Rouen
Begin at the Eiffel Tower with tickets to the second floor included, then take a relaxing boat cruise on the Seine. The afternoon is free to explore Paris on your own. Around 4:00 p.m., depart for Normandy and arrive in Rouen, where you can walk through the medieval center and see the Gothic cathedral.

- Day 4
Rouen to London

London
A local guide will take you on a panoramic tour of London, showing you Parliament, the River Thames, and Buckingham Palace where you might catch the Changing of the Guard (depending on the date). That evening, meet up in Piccadilly to explore Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho before picking a restaurant for dinner.

- Day 7
Durham to Edinburgh
Travel to Scotland with a stop in Alnwick to see its gardens and medieval castle (which you might recognize from Harry Potter). Continue to Edinburgh, arriving around midday. Take a panoramic tour with a local guide to see the castle perched above steep streets and parks in Scotland's capital.

- Day 8
Edinburgh to Glasgow
Journey through the Scottish Highlands starting with coffee and a walk in Pitlochry. Pass near Loch Ness, visit Urquhart Castle with admission included, then take a boat ride on the loch. You'll see Fort Augustus and Fort William at the base of Ben Nevis before traveling through high plateaus and along Loch Lomond, ending in Glasgow.

Dublin

Dublin to Liverpool
Board a ferry early for a three to three-and-a-half-hour journey to Wales. Your first stop is Caernarfon, a World Heritage Site with an impressive castle, where you'll have time for lunch and a walk. Continue to Liverpool for a short bus tour and visit the Beatles Museum if that interests you.
