- Day 1
Oslo
You'll arrive at the airport and can arrange your own transfer to the hotel or book a private one ahead of time. Depending when you land, there's time to wander around Oslo on your own, walking down Karl Johan Street where you'll find shops, bars, and cafes throughout this royal capital. Your tour leader will meet you at the hotel reception for a briefing about what's ahead, though if you arrive late the meeting shifts to breakfast the next morning instead.

- Day 2
Oslo to Trondheim
After the breakfast buffet at your hotel, you'll head to the train station for a scenic ride to Trondheim. The train leaves around 07:30 and pulls in around 14:30, traveling through Norwegian countryside, past Mjøsa (the longest lake in the country), and the Vinstra region. Once you arrive, a guided tour of the city takes you around by bus or on foot, finishing at your hotel, then the rest of the day is yours to explore this historic Viking city at your own pace.

Trondheim to Kristiansund/Molde to Cruise
Have an early breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the harbor for a cruise that departs by 09:00. You'll sail through the wide Trondheim fjord with rolling farmland on both sides, then out into open water. There's an option to get off in Kristiansund and drive the scenic Atlantic Ocean Road before boarding again in Molde (this costs extra). Lunch happens on board, and you'll have dinner and settle into your cabin with sea views for the night.

- Day 4
Cruise to Bergen
Eat breakfast on board for this final day of your coastal cruise. You'll sail past bare rocky mountains, sounds, and various waterways, with the great fjords and glaciers staying inland as you get closer to Bergen, known as the Gateway to the Fjords. Lunch is served on board before you arrive at 14:45. After docking, a local guide takes you on a 2-hour walking tour of this UNESCO World Heritage city, hitting places like the Hanseatic Bryggen, Church of Mary, Haakon Fortress, and the fish market.

Bergen
Start with breakfast buffet at the hotel, then ride the Fløibanen funicular up to Fløyen, which sits 320m above sea level and gives you views out over Bergen and the surrounding area, taking just 5 to 8 minutes to get there. After coming back down, head to the fish market to try specialties like smoked salmon, fresh shrimp, or hot smoked whale. At 14:00 you'll board a roundtrip fjord cruise through the Osterfjord to Mostraumen, where you can see the colorful Bryggen wharf, mountainsides, waterfalls, and the Mostraumen strait before returning to Bergen at 17:30.

Bergen to Hardangerfjord to Voss
After breakfast, the group heads toward Hardangerfjord and takes a short cruise to Bondhus, where an easy one-way hike of around 60 minutes goes to Bondhusvatnet lake. This route follows a historic path with views of an icefall and valley that visitors have come to see since the 1800s. Later in the day you'll travel to Voss through Hardanger, which is known as one of Norway's most romantic areas with fruit orchards, snow-covered peaks, and scenic farmland and villages you can see from the boat.

Voss to Flåm to Gudvangen to Gol
Start with breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Flåm by bus or board a train at Voss station if you pick the optional mountain railway. The scenic train passes through Myrdal station onto the Flåmsbana, one of the world's steepest train lines, going through 20 tunnels with waterfalls and mountain viewpoints along the way. Once in Flåm, you'll cruise through the UNESCO World Heritage Sognefjord to Gudvangen. There's an optional entrance to the Open Air Museum before driving to Gol with a stop at Borgund Stave Church.

- Day 8
Gol to Oslo
Have breakfast buffet at the hotel, then ride back to Oslo by coach, traveling through beautiful Norwegian highlands and along the scenic coast of Lake Kroderen. You'll arrive in the afternoon and take a 3-hour guided sightseeing tour with a local guide, visiting Frogner Park (which has more than 200 sculptures by Gustav Vigeland), the Royal Palace, City Hall, and Akershus Fortress. The rest of the day is free time to do what you want.
