Itinerary
- Day 1
Amman
You'll arrive in Jordan and catch a cab or ride to your hotel. After settling in, try some authentic Jordanian cuisine and if your arrival time allows, spend the afternoon wandering around Amman on your own to get a feel for the city.

- Day 2
Shobak - Little Petra
Meet your guide at 8am and cycle south toward Shobak Castle, where you'll take in the panoramic views from this historic site. Lunch happens at a local guesthouse, then you'll keep cycling over dirt tracks through the Dana and Petra mountain region with the Jordan Valley spread out around you. By evening, reach Little Petra and settle into a Bedouin camp tucked into the rocks for the night.

- Day 3
Little Petra - Petra - Little Petra
After breakfast, hike into Petra through the back entrance to skip the crowds. You'll trek through Wadi Ghurab past sandstone mountains on ancient Nabataean routes, climbing up to a hidden plateau overlooking Wadi Siyyagh. The Monastery carved into the rock face comes into view, and you can grab refreshments at a Bedouin café there. The descent takes you through Petra's old town, past the Treasury and through the famous Siq down to Wadi Musa, then a short transfer back to Little Petra for another night.

Little Petra - Wadi Rum
After breakfast, drive about 40 minutes from Wadi Musa and pick up the royal road heading south. You'll cycle from around 1600m elevation through nice terrain toward Wadi Rum, passing through the village of Toghra and tackling sandy and muddy sections. Stop for tea with a local Bedouin family to hear about their way of life, then board a jeep for the final desert transfer to an overnight camp in Wadi Rum.

- Day 5
Wadi Rum
From camp, a jeep transfer gets you to your cycling start, and you'll ride for a few hours through desert mudlands around Wadi Rum. After that, you'll spend about 4 hours on a jeep safari exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site, driving through valleys, canyons, dunes and deserts while spotting rock inscriptions and narrow gorges. There's time for hiking and climbing at various stops if you want, a simple lunch prepared in the desert shade, and then back to camp for the night.

- Day 6
Wadi Rum - Aqaba
Cycle through Jordan's largest wadi on desert sand between sandstone mountains, and when you reach the village of Titen, switch to tarmac and keep cycling toward the Desert Highway. A short transfer takes you to Aqaba, Jordan's access point to the Red Sea. You'll get a day pass for one of the resorts to spend the rest of your time swimming and relaxing by the water.

- Day 7
Dead Sea
Head to the Dead Sea after breakfast, the lowest point on Earth, and settle in for the day at one of the resorts. Swim in the salty water, try a mud bath to refresh your skin, or book a spa treatment if you're interested. By evening, watch the sun drop over the West Bank hills with Jerusalem visible in the distance. The drive from Aqaba takes about 4 hours, and from there it's roughly 1 hour to Amman where you'll stay overnight.

Amman
Time to depart from Amman. Plan to leave at least 4 hours before your flight to give yourself plenty of time. Safe travels and take your wonderful Jordan memories with you.
