Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu to Pokhara
You'll start with a scenic drive from Kathmandu, following the Trishuli and Marshyangdi Rivers as they wind through rolling green hills and terraced farmlands. Snow-capped peaks appear in the distance throughout the drive. By afternoon you'll arrive in Pokhara and settle near Phewa Lake, where you can spend the evening relaxing by the water before your trek begins the next day.

Pokhara to Sinuwa
A short drive gets you to where the trek starts. From there you'll walk through villages and cross several suspension bridges as the trail climbs steadily into lush forest. You'll reach Chhomrong village with views of Annapurna South, then descend to the river and climb back up to Sinuwa for the night (about 4-5 hours of trekking).

Sinuwa to Himalaya
The path winds through bamboo and rhododendron forests with waterfalls and narrow gorges appearing along the way. Small teahouses offer rest stops and simple meals as you continue climbing. The terrain becomes more dramatic with steep cliffs and glacier-fed streams visible as you approach the higher elevations and get closer to the Himalaya settlement.

- Day 4
Himalaya to Annapurna Base Camp
The landscape shifts into high alpine terrain today. You'll pass by Machhapuchhre Base Camp with close-up views of Fishtail peak, then keep climbing toward Annapurna Base Camp. After reaching the base camp (around 13,550 feet), you're surrounded by massive peaks including Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, and Gangapurna. Stay for the sunset, which casts a golden light across all the mountains.

- Day 5
Annapurna Base Camp to Sinuwa
Wake up early to see the sunrise over the Annapurna range from the base camp. Then retrace your steps, heading back through Machhapuchhre Base Camp, Deurali, and Bamboo. The descent gradually takes you through forests and along riverside paths. You'll arrive back at Sinuwa by evening, giving you time to reflect on reaching the base camp.

Sinuwa to Pokhara

After a short walk through the area, you'll find the pickup point for your drive back to Pokhara. Spend the evening exploring the town or trying local restaurants along the lakeside.
