Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Phnom Penh

    You'll arrive in Phnom Penh and have the day to explore on your own. The riverfront is pretty walkable, and you'll find parks, restaurants, and historic spots like the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda scattered throughout. Make time for the Central Market if you want to browse. Your tour leader will meet you at 6pm in the hotel foyer to walk around the neighborhood and grab dinner together.

    Phnom Penh to Koh Rong

    Today you're heading out on a ferry to Koh Rong Island. The place has sandy coves and coral reefs, plus a lively nightlife scene if you're into that. You can walk through dense jungle with coconut palms, look for waterfalls, or check out Jewel orchids zoo and Police Beach. High Point Rope Park has suspension bridges and zip lines if you want something more active.

  3. Day 3

    Koh Rong

    This is your day to relax and take things slow on Koh Rong Island. You'll wake up to white sandy beaches and clear warm water. Spend your time on the beach, swim, hang out in the sun, and just unwind at your own pace without any scheduled activities.

  4. Day 4

    Koh Rong

    Another full day on Koh Rong where you can choose between adventure or lounging around. You could take a boat to Koh Rong Samloem for more beaches, grab food at island restaurants, try the High Point adventure park for thrills, or hike out to Sok San waterfall if the weather cooperates. Later in the evening, swim and catch the bioluminescent plankton in the water.

    Koh Rong to Phnom Penh

    After leaving Koh Rong, you'll take the ferry back to Phnom Penh. Then you'll visit the Killing Fields and Tuol Sleng S21 Prison, which are heavy but important historical sites. These places offer real insight into Cambodia's recent past and what happened during the Khmer Rouge period.

  6. Day 6

    Phnom Penh

    Spend the day seeing Phnom Penh's mix of old history and newer development. Check out the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, and Wat Phnom temple. From there you could take a river cruise along the waterfront, browse the Russian Market for souvenirs, or catch a live performance at the National Museum.

If you're interested, Phare Circus is worth checking out, it's a local nonprofit where disadvantaged young people train as professional performers.

    Siem Reap

    Today is a full day at the Angkor temple complex with a guide who'll show you the main highlights. You'll see Angkor Wat and Ta Prohm, and walk through what's considered the world's largest temple complex. The architecture is really impressive and it's central to Cambodian culture.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before December 12th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after December 12th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Stray Asia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
