Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu to Sundarijal to Chisapani
You'll drive from Kathmandu toward Sundarijal gateway, which sits right at the edge of Shivapuri National Park. From there, the trek takes you through rhododendron forests and passes several traditional Tamang villages where you can see how locals live in these mountain areas. The day ends as you climb up to Chisapani, a hilltop settlement that gives you sweeping views across the mountains.

Chisapani to Nagarkot via Chaukai Vanjyang
Start early to catch the Himalayan sunrise from where you are. After that, you'll trek through pine forests and rural farmlands, then pass through Chaukai Vanjyang village to get a feel for local life and activity. By afternoon you'll reach Nagarkot, which offers panoramic views of the Langtang range and, if weather cooperates, you might see distant views of Annapurna and Everest peaks.

This morning brings another sunrise over the Himalayas to take in. After grabbing breakfast, you'll drive back down to Kathmandu, wrapping up your 3-day mountain retreat. You'll head back with memories of the natural scenery and time spent experiencing local culture.
