I had such an amazing time on this trip. The experiences I had were unforgettable and I have no regrets about going on this trip. My tour guide Khensani and driver Siyabonga made the trip even better. I had never been on a tour group before and they set my exceptions really high after this. They made me feel so welcome and in the end we had a family with everyone. I felt very close and comfortable and always had a smile on my face for the 2 a bit weeks. Khen took us under his wing and made us feel like his own children and Siya was like our brother. We had the best time together and the rest of the group agrees. saying goodbye we all had a cry it was that sad saying goodbye. If i could do the trip again I would 1 times over. If there was any issue it was always resolved quickly, professionally and with no issue. When we had new people join the tour there was a slight issue with one of the girls but I felt Khen and Siya worked well in trying to provide the best service for her although she felt nothing was enough. We then as a group supported Khen and Siya through it to show they were still doing a great job.

This trip absolutely exceeded my expectations. I was excited to leave, but I would never have had dreamed of such an amazing tour. The tour guides were amazing, the group and group size was perfect, and we had a healthy portion of good luck when it came to seeing animals.

This trip was one of the best experiences of my life. Our guides, David, Moses and Thabang were exceptional. They were so knowledgable and so dedicated to making sure we all had a great time. It was down to them that the trip was so amazing. They were so much fun, answered all of our questions and looked after us so well, but also made us all really comfortable so that we could pitch in and we all felt like a happy little team.

The trip was planned and conducted extremely well, with everything running smoothly and exactly as promised on the schedule. My major concerns leading up to the trip such as food were handled extremely well by the tour guides. Camping conditions were also good with most campsite having enough facilities.

The trip itself was incredible however I was confused as my travel agent said my guide would know about my airport transfer but that didn’t seem to be the case! And I would of preferred to start the trip the same time as everyone and not half way through as it made things abit harder to fit in.
