This review is about On The Go. I want potential travellers to book directly with the tour operator- you will have a fantastic time and if there are any changes to the itinerary due to weather or ferry cancellations they willhave your contact details. On the Go do not pass on your details, it's up to them to contact you. In our case they did not. Also you have to get your refund through On the Go. They only provide that service once a week!!! It took us 2 weeks for a refund, and I was sending regular emails. The people who booked direct had their refund immediately. The amount On The Go was going to refund was less than what the tour operator stated. Thankfully the tour operator had put it in an email so i had proof, still the response was "it will have to be reviewed by the manager". On the Go do not provide Tours - they book you on tours and forget about you.
