- Day 1
Edinburgh to Oban
Your Scottish journey kicks off with a drive west through Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, taking in the scenery along the way. You'll spend time at Kilmartin Glen exploring 5,000 years of history, then check out the Temple Wood Stone Circle before heading to Oban. Once there, your driver-guide will walk you through the town's main landmarks to get oriented.

- Day 2
Oban to Isle of Skye
After heading north through Glen Coe via the Connel Bridge and Appin, you'll arrive at Fort William with Ben Nevis as your backdrop. The route takes you past the iconic Glenfinnan Monument and Viaduct, and from there it's on to Mallaig, a working fishing port. You'll catch a short ferry across to the Isle of Skye for a two-night stay.

Isle of Skye
This morning on Skye your driver-guide takes you through the island's wild landscapes. You'll see the dramatic Cuillin mountains, traditional black houses, and coastal spots including Kilt Rock waterfall and the Old Man of Storr. Later in the day you head to Portree, the island's colorful harbour town where you'll spend the night.

Isle of Skye to Inverness
Leaving Skye behind, you'll explore Eilean Donan Castle and take photos of this striking location. From there, the route continues to Drumnadrochit on Loch Ness where you'll have lunch. In the afternoon you can choose to cruise Loch Ness and visit the ruins of Urquhart Castle, or skip that and head straight to Inverness for the evening.

Inverness to Isle of Lewis and Harris
The day takes you through remote Sutherland landscapes before arriving at Ullapool, a fishing port where you board a ferry across the Minch to the Isle of Lewis and Harris. Once you arrive, there's an optional stop at the Arnol Blackhouse to learn about traditional island living before reaching Stornoway for your overnight stay.

Isle of Lewis and Harris
You'll explore Lewis and Harris's rich history starting with the Carloway Broch, a well-preserved Iron Age tower. Next you'll see the Callanish Standing Stones (viewing from a short drop-off point due to current closures). Later, you check out Luskentyre Beach, one of the UK's best, and learn about the island's famous Harris Tweed weaving tradition.

Isle of Lewis and Harris to Inverness
Early on you head to the Butt of Lewis, the UK's windiest spot marked by its remote lighthouse. After a short walk there, you return to Stornoway for lunch before catching the ferry back to the mainland. The drive through the Highlands back to Inverness covers scenic ground, bringing you to your final night's accommodation.

Inverness to Edinburgh
On your final day, you start at Culloden Battlefield to learn about the 1746 Jacobite uprising. After that, you'll visit a local distillery for a Scotch whisky tasting. Then comes a scenic drive south through Cairngorms National Park with a stop in the charming town of Pitlochry before heading back to Edinburgh in the early evening.
