Itinerary
- Day 1
Tromsø
You'll arrive in Tromsø and make your way to the city center on your own. Once you're settled, spend time walking around this Arctic city, which has quite a bit going on. Check out local cafés, grab a meal at one of the fish restaurants, and if you're interested in culture, there are museums and art galleries scattered throughout. It's a good day to get your bearings and see what the city feels like.

- Day 2
Tromsø to Narvik
Your guide, who speaks German, will take you on a panoramic tour of Tromsø before you head out toward Narvik. The drive takes you through Arctic landscapes with fjords and mountains on display the whole way. Once you reach Polar Park, you'll get to see Arctic wildlife up close. This is a full driving day but you'll see a lot of the terrain that makes this region special.

Narvik to Lofoten Islands (Svolvær)
You're heading toward Vesterllen and Sortland this morning to visit a reindeer farm where you'll experience Sami culture firsthand. After that, you'll continue through some remarkable scenery to reach the Lofoten Islands and Svolværr. In the late afternoon or evening, depending on timing, you and your guide will spend 1-2 hours searching for Northern Lights if conditions cooperate. Weather will determine whether this happens today or gets pushed to tomorrow.

- Day 4
Lofoten Islands
Today is all about the Lofoten Islands themselves. You'll see white sandy beaches, mountains, and lakes while driving through iconic fishing villages. Where exactly you go depends on the weather that day. If the Northern Lights search didn't happen yesterday, you'll have another 1-2 hour attempt this evening with your guide, assuming conditions are right. This is a day to soak in the landscape.

- Day 5
Lofoten Islands to Harstad
Take the morning at a slower pace and explore Svolværr at your own speed, or head to Henningsværr, a charming fishing village nearby. Wander around, grab lunch, take photos, whatever appeals to you. In the afternoon, you'll leave Lofoten behind and drive to Harstad where you'll stay for the night. It's a transition day but you get some downtime to enjoy the islands before moving on.

- Day 6
Harstad to Tromsø
You'll depart Harstad early this morning by speedboat heading back to Tromsø, which takes about three hours. The whole journey follows the Norwegian coast, so there's plenty to see from the water. You should arrive in late morning, then walk to your hotel to get settled. The afternoon is free, though if you want to do something extra, there are optional excursions available for an additional cost.

- Day 7
Tromsø
This is your day to do whatever you want in Tromsø. Sleep in if you're tired, revisit a café you liked earlier, or just relax at your hotel. Optional excursions are available if you're interested in doing more activities, but those cost extra and aren't included. It's basically a break after several days of travel.

Tromsø
On your final day, you have time for last-minute shopping or any activities you didn't get to earlier. After that, arrange your own transfer to the airport for your departure. It's a low-key morning to wrap things up before heading home.
