- Thomas· April 26th, 2025Great experience on the tour, the guide and driver were very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was very picturesque but unfortunately the road to one of the most picturesque lakes was closed. I did find that there did not seem to be too much to do but that may have been because I travelled out of seasonShow more
- Katharine· April 16th, 2025We had an incredible time on the tour. It was our first time in Pakistan and this made us feel so welcome and at home. The guides were incredible and we felt safe. And it was so interesting to talk about the culture. Will be recommending to anyone we know who is going to Pakistan!Show more

We connected deeply with the country’s rich history and culture. The beauty of Pakistan is beyond words raw, real, and unforgettable. Hunza was a highlight breathtaking views and warm-hearted locals. Everything was well-organized, from travel to accommodations. This tour gave us a real, immersive experience of Pakistan. Highly recommended for anyone seeking adventure and authenticity!Show more

Asked on November 23rd, 2024Americans need visa & letter of invitation. Can you provide me the link or site to Pakistan visa application? Also, do you provide the letter of invitation? If all is well, am planning to visit Aug 2025.
- Gypsy Traces and ToursOperator•Written November 2024
We provide free visas to our customers. We have a dedicated team for visa processing, the team will help in getting you a visa. However, we also provide letter of invitation if you want to apply on your end.

Traveler•Written November 2024Am flabbergasted! That's great if you could provide free visas for US citizens! Hmmm! But how? You do all the legwork? Am willing to pay the visa fee, if am not mistaken it's $33.00. Ditto, are we going to see the border between Pakistan & China close enough to take photos?

Traveler•Written November 2024If that's the case then count me in. But weather wise, what is the best month to tour the place without weather obstructions? Ditto, do you have Mongolia tour as well? BTW, do offer single supplement?
- Gypsy Traces and ToursOperator•Written November 2024
Yes we offer single supplement as well. We offer tours to Pakistan, china, Tajikistan and Afghanistan only. Currently we are not doing magnolia.

Traveler•Written November 2024You're awesome! I could search it online but I want to hear from you since you probably live in Pakistan, you're more familiar with the weather conditions. So, what's the best month to visit Karakoram Highway without weather interruptions e.g. snowstorm or heavy rainfall? If I decided to join the tour, (well aside from payment) what legal documents do you need from me to process my tourist visa application?
- Gypsy Traces and ToursOperator•Written November 2024
The best time to do Karakorum Highway tour is from April to June and September to October. During these times you will not get flooding, harsh weather or road blockages. We can provide you with the following legal documents can be uploaded on the visa portal. - Visa Invitation/ sponsor Letter - Reservation - Pakistan ID Card - Tour voucher

Traveler•Written April 2025Just to clear my curiosity about what's going on between Pakistan and India…is the tourism industry in Pakistan not affected with the ongoing tension between the two countries? I was trying to book a flight but there's a popped up news feature about flights originating in India that can't fly over the Pakistan's airspace. I was thinking it might become a bigger issue in a few months and it might derailed the tour. Hope not. What do you think?
- Gypsy Traces and ToursOperator•Written April 2025
The situation at present is normal here. Though some diplomatic tensions exist but hopefully it will not escalate further. The areas that you have on your itinerary are far away from the boarders and we do not put our client's lives at risk. We will inform you in advance in case the situation so warrants.
