    Your Southeast Asia adventure starts as you board your flight to Dubai. Settle in for the journey and get comfortable knowing what's waiting for you ahead. The flight gives you time to relax and build excitement for the next two weeks.

    Dubai

    You land in Dubai and check into your accommodation. From there, take a walk along The Walk to get your bearings, then head to Palm Jumeirah to spend time soaking up the atmosphere. Time it so you're there for the sunset, which gives you nice views before heading back for the evening.

    Dubai

    This morning you're heading into Old Dubai to see how the city used to be. Walk through Al Fahidi district and check out the narrow alleyways and historic mud houses, then pop into Al Fahidi Fort and the Dubai Museum to learn about the city's history. After that, take an inexpensive water cab across Dubai Creek to Deira and wander through the souks.

The main event is visiting Burj Khalifa and watching the Dubai Fountain Show from the Apple Store terrace.

    Your last morning in Dubai is for hitting any remaining items on your list. If you haven't seen Dubai Frame yet, that's a good option. Grab lunch at a local restaurant with city views if you want, then head to the airport for your evening flight to Bali. You'll arrive early the next morning.

    Denpasar to Ubud

    You arrive in Bali early morning and get transferred to your accommodation in Ubud. Spend the day settling in and resting from your flight. Once you're ready, explore the green rice terraces around town, visit some temples, and get a feel for Ubud's spiritual and creative atmosphere.

    Ubud

    Today you'll wander through Ubud's shops and galleries to browse handmade souvenirs and local art. If you're interested, the Sacred Monkey Forest has over 600 macaques and is worth a visit.

    Ubud

After you've had your fill, walk through the art market and pick up some handmade jewelry, decorations, or other souvenirs.

    Ubud to Sanur

    This day is about getting some action and seeing nature. Try a jungle swing ride, visit Batuan Temple with its ornate carvings, then head to a turtle sanctuary to see baby turtles being released into the ocean. Later, make your way to Sanur where you'll end the day relaxing by the pool or on the beach.

    • For any tour departing before January 27th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of 2% is required to confirm your booking with journaway DACH. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
