Arrival in Pago Pago
You'll arrive at Pago Pago International Airport and get transferred to your hotel. After settling in, take some time to look around and get your first real sense of the volcanic peaks and turquoise waters surrounding the island. Come evening, there's a welcome dinner featuring traditional Samoan cuisine to kick things off.

National Park of American Samoa
This day focuses on the National Park of American Samoa, the only U.S. national park located south of the equator. You'll do a guided hike through rainforests where you can spot tropical birds and see nice views across the landscape. After the hike, head to some secluded beaches and walk through traditional villages set in the landscape.

Cultural Immersion and Fiafia Night
Start at the Jean P. Haydon Museum to learn about Samoan history and cultural traditions. Then you'll join a village tour where you'll see an 'ava ceremony, watch traditional tattooing called tatau, and learn about fa'a Samoa. Later in the evening, there's a fiafia night with music, dance, and a buffet dinner.

Scenic Drive Around Tutuila
Spend the full day driving around Tutuila island and checking out iconic spots like Blunts Point Trail, WWII gun emplacements, and Flowerpot Rock in Fagasa Bay. Stop at Two Dollar Beach for swimming or snorkeling. A picnic lunch happens somewhere during the drive to keep you fueled.
