Show moreTrip date: November 2024 - RHRobyn· December 2nd, 2024We loved the variety of excursions, and how each of the three islands offer something unique. All the guides did a great job, but three especially stand out: Ramiro, (biking on Santa Cruz), Desiree (snorkeling on Santa Fe) and Julio (volcano hike on Isabela). Lava House and Loja are especially nice hotels. Rooms, breakfast, sitting areas and helpful staff were all perfect. Casa de Nelly was not quite as nice as the other hotels. The breakfast and staff are wonderful, but the rooms and outdoor area are not as comfortable. Self-serve coffee and tea, like the other hotels, would be nice. All the arrangements and everything we experienced were just amazing. I would only fault some lack of communication as to activities and particulars. Advance knowledge of transportation plans, activity specifics, luggage fees, etc. would be helpful. All in all, this was an incredible experience that I would recommend to my friends, and repeat for myself.
