Well-organized tour, small groups of travelers - with us exactly 12 people, relatively close distances between individual cities. The only remark for us was the time spent visiting different types of shops. This took away from the time to freely explore the cities or from the tours of cultural institutes. Tom is a very good organizer, he manages to respond quickly to the needs of tourists, but in my opinion he should set more precise time limits when visiting shops.
