Istanbul
You'll land at Istanbul Airport where your representative meets you for the transfer to your hotel. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours to explore the city at your own pace. It's a good time to get oriented, maybe grab dinner somewhere nearby, and settle into your accommodation.

Istanbul
Following breakfast, head to the Spice Bazaar to walk through stalls of colorful spices, dried fruits, and local goods. Later you'll take a Bosphorus cruise with views of villages, palaces, and waterfront mansions along the strait. After lunch, there's time to visit Topkapi Palace, the former Ottoman sultan residence that holds an impressive collection of jewels and porcelain across its courtyards and chambers.

Istanbul
This full day focuses on Istanbul's Old City starting with the Blue Mosque and its notable interior tile work. From there, you'll check out the Hippodrome from the Byzantine era and see the exterior of the 6th-century Hagia Sophia. After lunch at a traditional local restaurant, head underground to the Basilica Cistern, built by Emperor Justinian I with its forest of columns and cool atmosphere. You'll finish at the Grand Bazaar, one of the world's oldest covered markets with thousands of shops and narrow passageways.
