The visits to cultural sites like Dambulla’s cave temples and Anuradhapura’s ancient ruins were fascinating. Sigiriya was a standout for me, both for its history and the stunning panoramic views. We also enjoyed some time in Nuwara Eliya, which provided a refreshing change with its cooler climate. Yala National Park was incredible, with the opportunity to spot wild animals like leopards. The historical sites, like the cave temples in Dambulla and the ancient ruins in Anuradhapura, were fascinating. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything so much more interesting. I really enjoyed the climb to Sigiriya the views from the top were breathtaking. The accommodation was excellent throughout.
