- Day 1
Keflavik to Reykjavik
You'll land at Keflavik International Airport and hop on a shuttle bus headed to your hotel in Reykjavik. The rest of the day is yours to wander around the capital at your own pace, so grab lunch somewhere central, check out local shops, or just walk the neighborhoods and get a feel for the city.

- Day 2
Borgarnes - Northern Lights
Meet your guide at 09:00 for a tour of Reykjavik's highlights, then head west into the Saga Valley region. You'll visit the Settlement Center in Borgarnes, climb Grábók volcano crater, and see Deildartunguhver hot spring plus Hraunfossar and Barnafoss waterfalls. After lunch, there's a lecture about Northern Lights, then you'll search for them in the hotel garden after dinner with hot chocolate or tea.

Northern Lights
Today you're exploring Snæfellsnes Peninsula, which feels like Iceland in miniature. Stop in Grundarfjörður fishing village for coastal views, see the famous Kirkjufell mountain, walk through Arnarstapi and Hellnar, then descend 35 meters underground into Vatnshellir cave beneath the Snæfellsjökull glacier. Your guide shares Northern Lights photography tips, and later you'll head to the hotel garden and outdoor hot tubs to watch for auroras.

Northern Lights
You'll travel along Hvalfjarður fjord to Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO site, then follow the Golden Circle route. See geothermal steam at Geysir and try freshly baked hot spring bread with Icelandic butter, eggs and herring at Restaurant Geysir. Stop by Gullfoss waterfall, learn about Icelandic horses at a geothermal greenhouse, then reach South Iceland and search for Northern Lights in the evening.

Vatnajökull National Park
The South coast calls, starting with the Lava and Volcano Exhibition Center where you'll learn about geology and active volcanoes. Next comes a folk museum featuring farm artifacts and turf-built houses, then Skógafoss waterfall at 60 meters high. Later you'll stroll the black lava beach and bird cliffs at Reynisfjara before settling for two nights near Kirkjubæjarklaustur in the Vatnajökull National Park region, great for Northern Lights.

Ice Caves
This day centers on glaciers, ice and icebergs. Head to Jökulsárlón glacial lagoon filled with floating icebergs and look for seals. Walk across the black sandy Diamond beach where icebergs wash ashore. Visit the small turf church at Hof and spend time in Europe's largest national park with Iceland's highest mountains and largest glacier. There's a film presentation about Northern Lights in the evening and aurora viewing opportunities in this remote spot.

Blue Lagoon - Reykjavik
You'll cross the Eldhraun lava field heading west, stopping in Vík for photos at the dramatic black beach with high bird cliffs. From there, continue to the narrow but tall Seljalandsfoss waterfall. The afternoon brings a soak in the famous Blue Lagoon before you head back to Reykjavik for your final night, with the tour wrapping around 7pm.

- Day 8
Reykjavik to Keflavik
Time to head home. You'll leave your Reykjavik hotel and take the shuttle bus to Keflavik International Airport for your flight out, marking the end of your Iceland trip.
