However, I was very disappointed to learn there was no guide for the tour from start to finish, no introduction to the other members of the tour, no one to guide me to locations - other than via a computer. This is NOT my idea of a Tour / being led around by computer messages. The communication from the local tour group (Rome) was chaotic, unclear, and disorganized. The tour was a cascade of unloading the “tour” to subcontractors. I felt very mislead by the tour descriptions which was the basis for my decision to select this tour.
