- Day 1
Budapest
You'll arrive at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport and meet your driver for the transfer to your hotel. Check-in opens at 14:00, so you'll have time to settle in and get oriented. Spend the rest of this first day exploring your hotel and the immediate area around it.

Budapest
After breakfast, head to the meeting point for a 9-hour guided tour covering Budapest's highlights. You'll visit the Castle District and head up to Gell'ert Hill for sweeping city views, then continue to City Park where you can see Europe's largest thermal spa. The tour includes a guided walk through the neo-Gothic Hungarian Parliament Building, and you'll end the day with a solid sense of the city's architecture and history.

You'll tour the palace grounds and walkways surrounded by mountains and blue water, learning stories about King Ludwig II and the castle he built.

Once there, you'll explore the iconic white Romanesque Revival castle built by King Ludwig II, hear fascinating historical stories, and stop at Marienbrucke, the famous photography spot. The castle ticket can be purchased when the tour starts that morning.
